So I went through the drive-thru today which I do a few times a week. I ordered a large sweet tea, small mocha frappe, and $3... bundle double cheeseburger no pickles with a small fry. So I get to the first window and the lady repeats my order and asked ifI needed a receipt, I said no as I always do. I get the the next window grab my food and check my order once out of the linebecause it was backed up. I noticed my fries weren?t in the bag. So I park and go inside and the short Hispanic manager grabsthe bag and said you only ordered a burger. I said I ordered the bundle. By this time she is digging in the bag taking theburger out without washing her hands after just handling money. She asked for the receipt and I told her I told the lady Ididn?t need it but you can pull up what I ordered. So by the this time she is still arguing with me like I?m trying to stealfries, and I?m agitated because she went into the bag handling my food. I tell her keep it just give me my money back, I?vealready been inconvenienced. And she is still trying to argue. So a nice man came from the back and said he would take care ofit and fix my food fresh. He was nice and very calm. I think his name was Darrel, a tall black man. That is how you treat peoplenot how she acted over a small fry. She should definitely not be a manager if she can?t handle small situations that arisewithout an attitude and making the customer feel like a thief. Read more
Have been here a number of times to get an iced hazelnut coffee for about ¢99 plus tax. It's not bad. Can't find it this cheap... anywhere else! It's usually quiet to sit in for a bit. Order ready fairly fast since it's just drink. Otherwise good spot. Read more

I go there yesterday with my brother and it was nearly closer to University of Houston that my older brother used to go there.
Edit: dropped from 3 stars to 2 stars because they left our 2 of my 7 times ordered and also didn?t include any butter, jelly,... or syrup Still sucks but it?s way better then any of the other McDonald?s in the area. 3rd and 5th ward are shitholes Read more
I always come to this McDonald?s around 10 PM. The staff that work this shift are incredible. It?s the best McDonald?s I?ve ever... gone to. Order is always right. Ketchup and sauces always in the bag. Manager working the window is always happy and nice. I?venever reviewed a McDonald?s before but this one is the best I?ve ever been to. Read more
Very long wait to get to go order parking lot so full I had to park right in front of the door literally. To top it off of The... real kicker was my food was cold!!!! I will say There was a very nice middle aged 40 to 50 yr old (I mean this with the upmostand total respect) African American woman who was super super nice and very helpful she was an employee of the fast foodestablishment, but she helped my daughter get her sweet tea and was happy to do it with a great smile and great enthusiasm thenwent ahead and came over to me at the drink machine and insisted on getting my soda fixed as well even asked if there wasanything else she could do to make our experience more pleasant and this was without even knowing my experience was unpleasantso far and with more unpleasantness to come.
