No mcdonalds serves good food or has decent service, but the mcdonalds that serves the patients, doctors, nurses, and visitors... at Texas Children?s Hospital is exceptionally bad!! Staff is NEVER friendly and always a huge group of people waiting to gettheir food after waiting in line to order. Lots of people are stuck at tch for medical reasons and have no other options. All ofthe staff seem to hate their jobs so do them a favor and install kiosks so customers can order their own food. Do better mcdeezAND TCH for the sake of those stuck at tch!! Read more
Customer service is subpar, the dining area isn't very clean, and my wife and I got food poisoning within a few hours of eating... here. After talking with some of the nurses on my son's floor, it turns out that's a pretty common issue with this McDonald's.Word to the wise, don't eat here. Read more
The lady working the cashier during the night shift on the 7th of September (12.00am) was very unfriendly and gave up on... customer service in general. I understand it?s the middle of the night and she just wants to go home, but her customers arehospital workers and families anxiously waiting for news on a patient here, my family and I included. The nuggets were hard they were not fresh I asked for them to be fresh the fries were dipped twice they were not fresh and they... were very soggy and also the chicken nuggets were hard and cold I repeat I asked for my food to be fresh I work for the hospitaland I came here on my break and it was not fresh at all they do this every time I come here hopefully you all can get newmanagement in here soon I don?t recommend anyone to eat there Read more
The food was hot n fresh. The food was made to order! The restaurant was clean. No trash on the floor.
The Worst I mean the absolute WORST attitudes!!! it?s no way Doctors, Nurses, Health care providers, sick people or family of... sick people should be talked to and handle in such a away!!! Who the hell is the Manager? The District Manager? This restaurant serves to a captive audience and it shows. Mobile order pickup is inefficient and is clearly a burden to the... employees (I was even scolded for not following their unique pickup rules), the food is never what it should be either in termsof flavor, preparation method, or assembly. The only positive is that I have never had the wrong items. To bolster thenegatives: I am a parent at a children?s hospital for a reason.
