The person who prepare food did not care customer. We spent lots of time waiting for the food, but saw her preparing her own... drink and just walked around. At the same time, several cars after us were waiting in the line of drive through but she seemsnot care about it. Read more
I arrived at 2:30 it is supposed to be 24/7, upon arrival they made clear they only had fries chicken nuggets and drinks. After... getting my food at 3:11am despite the limited menu and 5 cars in front of me, I came to realize out of the 20 nuggets I ordered3 of the were partially cooked, you could tell they didn?t shake the nuggets as often as they should have for them to separatein the fryer. This is the worst service I have ever received. I pull up to the register 1 as instructed, nobody is there and the cars in front... of me are gone. So I pull up to 2. As he has me my food and I ask for sauce the manager says they gonna have to charge me andalmost accuse me and act like I?m stealing the food when all I was doing was tryna pay for my food and have 1 bbq and 1 Buffalo.The least she could of done was not charge me for the sauce for a being in the wrong but instead I?m charged full price and whenthey gave me my food back it wasn?t fresh and wrapper on burger was all open.
