Placed a large order for St. Michael Catholic School. Lacey went above and beyond for us! Meals were great exactly as requested... and cooked warm - everyone enjoyed! Customer service is key everywhere you go and I will make this McDonald's my primarylocation - even if it's a little out of my way. My order was correct but the lady that gave me my bag came to the window handed it to me said thank u and as I said ?ma?am... slammed the window. So I blew the horn to get her attention she looked at me like I was crazy and answered with an attitude. AllI wanted was a cup of ice so I asked for it she replied ?It?s a dollar? all fast and irritated! So I asked her was she okay andtold her she was rude. I drove off after that. Tried to order before I have to be at work at 6am and they did not have the machine ready to serve frappes, not only that but... they did not make the rest of my order correctly. If your open all your equipment should be ready to use, we do this at myresteraunt I know a multi billion dollar corporation can have a high enough standard to as well. Read more
I went to the drive thru and there was a line but it moved quickly. I paid for my meal and was asked to pull up. A worker... brought my food to the car and when I checked the bag my fries were cold. Unhappy, I drive around and went inside. The sameworker replaced the fries and said if they were not hot enough another batch was coming up soon. This place is unsanitary. The worker had one glove on and with both hands was touching her face and headphones and made our... bland sundaes. Thankfully I didn?t order a drink- as you can see the trash can is filled over touching the new cups. If this iswhat you can see from the window, I don?t want to know what you can?t see. I waited 14 minutes for a simple Big Mac meal, when there was only one order in front of me. I made a point to request -- three... times -- for no cheese on the Big Mac. Of course after 14 minutes, there was cheese on it. When I brought it up, no one paidattention to me, just taking it with no acknowledgement or apology. Nor did they even realize it needed to be fixed until I cameback after a few minutes to see they weren't paying attention to the issue. I was polite and even used my Spanish so breakthrough the barrier here. It was like I was inconveniencing them with my politeness and my making it clear three times withinstructions that a child could follow. I finally got my food as I ordered it after another 10 minutes, the rest of my foodcold, with no apologies. What's the point of fast food if it takes 30 minutes to eat, and half the meal is cold?
