The manager is rude along with everyone one else in the store. They all seem to hate their jobs. The store layout is awful and... don't plan to use your computer while having a coffee or charging your phone while the kids eat ice cream. There are zero plugsavailable in the dining area... I thought that having a place to charge your phone and computer while having coffee or whateverwas part of McDonald's thing? As in weren't they trying to compete with and be a bit like Starbucks in that respect?? ????Bottom line is don't bother. If you have to stop here just hit the drive thru cause it's not a welcoming place to eat. Read more
The manager is ghetto as can be and terrible at her job. She was too busy chitchatting with her friends to attend the line of... people waiting to order. Then just tried to close the lobby of the restaurant in the middle of the day for no reason. What awaste of my lunch break. Never coming here again. ???? Read more

Best vanilla iced coffee in SW area. I only added extra cream to my taste and it was Delicious! Coffee was fresh, good ice... ration. Excellent food presentation, I got napkins and everything. The staff was courteous and friendly. Only downside is thelocation is always busy and parking is difficult. Not their fault but it's worth mentioning! Really busy with people on lunch break and motorist from freeway. There isn't much time for the employees to clean up in... addition to the restaurant being used a lot more than usual which also causes it to be very chaotic compared to most other morecommon family oriented McDonald's. Still have attentive employees that are polite. Efficient time friendly location. Read more
