My daughter loves McDonald's so we are there all the time my only issue is I always supersize my frys and my daughter always... gets extra fries with her happy meal yet they only want to give me 3 to 4 ketchup packets for both of us and I have literallyhad to argue about getting ketchup for my daughter a few times. Used my ???? app to make my order, pull into lot together food and took 20 minutes just to bring it to my ????. So what the... purpose of the app if it still takr them forever to bring out your food. Read more

The employees working at the drive thru for breakfast were very kind and helpful. Food was well prepared.
On date listed above,I had my first horrible experience at this location. This crazy disgruntled Manager was acting very... unprofessional. It was clear that she had a problem with me although this is my first time coming to this store. I tried to talkto her calmly to resolve the situation at hand and deescalate the situation she started yelling ,scream and slamming the drivethru window shut in my face. Her behavior was very unbecoming of a manager. When I asked for her name she covered her name tagand said "just report me as the night time manager like everyone else " . The lady was Hispanic or white . Older heavy set ladywith stringy sweaty hair and beady eyes,something like a Witch. She Clearly has multiple complaints with customers andemployees. I write this email with deep concern that she is a ticking time bomb ,I wanted to defuse the situation but I was atfear for my life. I also fear my food may have been tampered with. I have been a loyal customer to McDonalds and I love thefood. But I'm afraid this behavior I witnessed has put a horrible stain in my view of this franchise. This is consistently the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. Unfortunately it's the closest to my house but I no longer go... there because of repeated failures. Incorrect orders happen often but the main thing is the cold, hard, dry, overcookedburgers. Try to call and only get a fax machine.. Call the 800 number - closed Send email and comments.. no response I'veordered almost exactly the same thing several times, I've returned a burger once asking for something fresh.. and even that"fresh' burger was overcooked, hard, dry, and the bun was not fresh. This time got the highly advertised chicken tenders..HORRIBLE.. dry, burned, old. Pics below show how bad it was. Inedible.. gave them to the dog for a chew toy. This place setsthe standard for why people don't like McDonald's. I have pointed out the issues several times and nothing gets done about it soI am finished. Read more
A nice place to get a fast food (quickie food). It's always neat and the seats are neatly arranged. The taste of their burger... and ice cream (cone) is nice. Their staff are friendly and nice to their teeming customers. They are always available to offerhelp if need be. Have got enough space for car parking. They also have this arrangement to pick up your food whilst still inyour car without necessary walking into their building. Read more
Just went through the drive through for hotcakes and sausage, and got home to nothing but hotcakes. No sausage in either... container. What a rip off, and they don?t answer their phone. Read more
