Elizabeth at the drive thru window was rude. I have been a frequent customer for over 6 years. I I have never received such rude... behavior from anyone there before. Elizabeth should not be working at the drive thru window. I was getting two coffees, tappedgently on window to let her know I did not want the bottom of the pot coffee. She rudely told me "do not touch my window ". Ididn't know she owned the McDonald's and that was her window!!!! Young lady,please go get anger management immediately. Thatwas scary. I came here tonight with my husband and kid. me and my daughter we were in the restroom. An employee was in the big stall and... left without washing her hands. Please do not eat here. The customer service here was awesome. LT I put 1 star cause when I was ordering the associate was rudely interrupted by what I... guess was the manager stella telling him to put his work phone in a box. They literally took his phone from him and all theother workers like as if they were kids. Read more
This place typically has fresh food but won't I do hate it that they are somewhat rude and management sucks. I ordered a $3... bundle and they forgot a whole burger. I came Saturday night, to get a frappe. After waiting in a long line the told me their system was down, that they were only... taking CASH $$. I asked why? They said. Sir we don?t have water, fries or anything, have a great night. How if the system downthey still taking orders? (cash).Makes no sense. They were extremely rude and sounds like they were being lazy or keepingpeople?s money. Extremely ridiculous. Don?t fall for it. When I pulled my phone out to take a picture they all ran from thewindow and let the customer in the window literally talking to herself. I can't say much about atmosphere since we weren't actually able to dine in. Me and my buddy traveled to this location because... its hours of operation on Google let us to believe that the dine-in area would be open. When we arrived we realized the doorswere locked, and upon inspecting the hours of operation as posted on the door, they closed their doors 30 minutes early for someunknown reason. All the doors for the dining area were locked yet there were three customers eating inside. After knocking onthe window we realized the employees were ignoring us ????. It seems unsafe to have all dining doors locked while there arecustomers still inside the building, not to mention unprofessional. I understand wanting to get started with closing early sothat you can leave earlier but this is dangerous behavior. Read more
