I ordered 3 meals for lunch through drive thru got the drinks and had to wait at the pick up area for my order to be delivered.... The lady who brought the order came once with someone else' order which was understandable. However, when she finally brought myorder, i got interrogated in spanish . I told her i do not understand spanish nor what she was saying. She continued in spanishand i had to go to the restaurant with her to find who could interprete what she was saying. Inside the restaurant, afterencountering 4 more staff speaking same spanish to me including the lady with the headphones who must have taken my order inenglish during the drive thru order. I wondered if no one spoke English and could tell me what the lady who wanted to deliver myorder was talking about. A lady finally came round to apologise in english language and ask me what the problem was. My orderwas taken back and i was later told in english to go back to my car and get my receipt after 20 mins of ordering. I sought arefund after giving back my receipt as i had lost appetite due to the stress , I did not understand why my order had to gothrough such process. I had to wait 8 mins for refund as employees argued over who was to effect the refund which i got with noapologies for the bad service I encountered! Read more

I came to this Macdonalds very often specially because is a playground for kids. I have met one of the manager she is sweetheart... very patient and always have smile something that I like when I come to places when someone smile to me. The place is clean andyou get your food faster . Also I have to mention Jackie I saw her in the morning when I grab my coffee she smile to me and SaidI hope you come back soon . If I ask for extra things she is always she is the reason I give 4 stars but I have to say the otherlady?s have to work better in smile and been nicer . Everything was going good until I asked for ketchup. I was given 3 little packages for a big order that included 4 meals which... include 4 fries. In asked for more and the guy gave me 2 more little packages. Not sure why they are so stingy with ketchup. Read more
