Went in for the Halloween bucket. Got a ghost. My Happy meal cheese burger was tasty and it came with two sides. (Got fries and... apple slices) Not bad. The workers were nice and it looked clean. The McDouble Cheeseburger was so stale and cold that the cheese was not even a little bit melted. The fries were also cold, and... overcooked making them very hard and dry. We should have gone to Wendy's but I was very hungry and my blood sugar was droppingfast so I had to go to the McDonald's for a "Coca-Cola appetizer" Oh well maybe better next time I go there again?? This is ridiculous I've never heard of this so I go into this McDonald's I ordered a fish sandwich combo with a sweet tea and... then just a fish sandwich. Then I go back and order two more fish sandwiches and ask for a refill the guy tells me he can't giveme a refill they don't do refills on sweet tea and I'm like I just paid for two fish sandwiches about to buy two more fishsandwiches and I can't get a refill on my medium drink the manager did not give me his name he said he was the manager but hedidn't give me his name this is uncalled for if this is how McDonald's doing it from now on I won't go back to McDonald's thatis ridiculous Read more
So a simple order, 6 piece nuggets and 2 sundaes. Sign.........then waited about 20 mins to actually get it........the sundae... was melted and the nuggets were cold. Why would you pull the sundae out when I ordered, instead of when I came to the window?And why were the nuggets cold? I'm losing my faith in consistent fast food quality Read more

Came here for a Shamrock Shake and was glad they had that. Also had nugget meal and did "surf and turf (combining a Big Mac and... a filet-o-fish)" with a burger instead of a Big Mac. My surf and turf was good but I want to try it with a Big Mac next time. Liked the shake and the nuggets too. Staffers were friendly and helpful. When we looked for a seat it was hard to find a cleantable, but later, an employee started cleaning the dining area though. Overall it was a good experience. Read more
If I could give this O stars I would, a HORRIBLE experience, although it is McDonald's and we don't expect a 5 star service this... was just unacceptable, firstly on the intercom the lady was extremely rude and unprofessional, even got our order wrong, itdoesn't stop there, once we head to the first window to pay for our order the old lady didn't say anything took the money wehanded and gave us our change, as we head up to the second window in order to get the food we are told we hadn't payed foranything and would not be receiving our food! After vividly remembering giving money to the lady at the previous window theyrefused, it doesn't stop there if gets worse, all the workers cluster up and YELL at us, very unprofessional in ANY profesión,that we never payed and we were lying this lasted a couple minutes we decided to pay AGAIN in order to receive our order. Itwasn't the money that angered us as much it was the people making us feel crazy and screaming at us that made us angry, again wedon't expect a 5 star review but no one has to go through that especially when we had done no wrong!! After they had us park ata parking lot and a worker step out and very rudely hand out change, after waiting for what seemed hours a man with our ordercomes outside and apologizes for all of the workers! Turns out according to him, everyone in there does NOTHING and are lazyand he has to constantly tell them to do their job! How outrageous!! We go inside to talk to the manager, we had not only payedfor our order when the workers were demanding us to pay but we had payed double too! We talk to the manager and she DOESNT soundsympathetic at all!! We demand her to watch the cameras and talk to lady who took our money when we had payed the first time andshe refused and said we hadn't payed!
