I wish I could give them no stars. Please, do not order late nights from them. When I made my order, it was accepted and was... being prepared. When the delivery person arrived, they told her that the Oder was not in the system. After she did another drivearound, they were out of an item I ordered. About 3 mins later, the Uber eats person told me they cancelled the order on theirend. No update on anything at all. I had to reach out to the call center for my order to be cancelled without a fee. I know it?sonly McDonald?s but they could have handled it better. Don?t waste your time with this location, go to a different one,Whatsburger or Jack In The Box or something, but just not this store. Made us gowait in a line outside of the the drive through for 15 minutes only to have our order totally wrong. Unless you need... just a soda, avoid this place all together or don't request any changes to your meal. Read more
I payed extra money for extra tarter sauce on my fish filet and barely got anything at all. This isn?t even good enough for the... normal amount that?s supposed to be on there. It?s horribly dry. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is because the fries weregood and hot. Read more
The person at the register was very rude, the rest of the crew were arguing and literally yelling at each other because of bad... orders delivered then calling out customers and saying ?they don?t know what they order.? It?s a caos in the kitchen, you cantell there is not order, respect between them and much less towards customers. The place is a bit filthy, so dining in is a bituncomfortable. From my stay there were several customers from drive thru coming back in to complain and have their orderscorrected. I would avoid this place as a customer for the next time. I went to this McDonald's and I ask to please put mayo instead of mustard that I'm allergic but she said it was my mistake. The... paper is mark as no mustard but it still had mustard she wouldn't change because it was my fault Maria.H and Maria Z are badmanagement also they where screaming to the crew bad management from those 2 all they had to do is change the top of my bun. Horrible customer service, manager through drive-thru was rude said she couldn?t hear me but I was literally yelling at her then... I pay for extra caramel on my coffee and the employee at the window didn?t want to give me extra.. like what? And I?ve seenanother review on here with the same problem so if they don?t like to give extra why offer it then. Read more
