Recently this McDonald's has went to the dumps. I was recently doordashing went in to pick up a customer's order and right on... the counter there was a roach looking at me.when I informed the on-duty manager which was a black lady with braids she turnedaround and looked at me and then turned back around and proceeded to do whatever it was that she was not doing,did not addressmy concern about the roach the other employee the cashier that saw the roach kindly took a ketchup dispenser and placed it infront of where the roach was at I was truly appalled and disgusted I will never ever eat at this establishment or advise anyfamily to eat there Read more
Horrifically bad. Only ordered a coke with no ice and ordered it threw the mobile app. First there is no curbside pickup here... at this location. Second the cashier tried to tell me I owed for the order when it was paid for threw the app and since hedidnt understand that it was already paid for he went and got the manager which I didnt ask for and the manager thought Iordered a fry which was no where discussed or ordered. Mobile orders are based around the idea of saving time instead it tookover 15 minutes to get a simple coke that was preordered and paid for in advance. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Read more
This is one of the cruddiest locations in Houston I don't normally do bad reviews but this particular location is the worst.... They are not even open 24 hours. Pulled up last night a little after 12 and turns out they were closed. Have had other incidentswith this location as well such as not being able to dine in or order inside after 6 am and having to wait in the drive thru ona bicycle. Read more

Awful service, staff was rude. They charged me for a water cup and refused to refill my soda. When asked them to at least top it... off since they didn't even fill it all the way, she topped it off with ice. Read more
Pretty fast service. The food was good didn?t have any complaints ????
A little disappointed that this location wasn't serving breakfast all day. Nonetheless it was good.
