Took about 6 minute before anyone came on the speaker. The people in the drive thru sucked. No one know what you ordered, no one... spoke and to top of all that I spent about 20 minutes in the line to get a happy meal. Read more
Service was horrible, waiting in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. I ordered a kids meal for my daughter and when we got home... we opened the box to our surprise there are no nuggets but a white substance that seems to be ranch. Read more
Again.. AGAIN after months of NOT ordering apple pies through the drive through.. 6:03AM on 9/27/2022 (order 88) - dry.. they... DRY @ 6AM in the morning. I know I was getting OLD DRY ones at 7:45 but thought it would be BETTER @ 6AM. NOT... NOT. .. NOT..NOT.. and I don't ALWAYS have 15min's to wait. SO VERY DISSAPOINTED. If could give it no star at all I would!!! First of all the manager that too my order was rude as hell...when I only asked for a... chicken sandwich and she asked which one I told her the crispy chicken sandwich...she still went back and forward with me sayingit was on the screen when it wasn't... I would have left right then but my husband was tried and wanted something quick...I toldher I understand how working in fast food can be but she continued to be rude and not wanting to tell me what other sandwichesthey had she wanted me to give her a number that was not on the screen after we went back and forward I told her to just pickone! Even tho it says 24hrs the guy inside insists that they are closed from 2am to 4am I'm not sure why he was so antagonizing when... I moved the cones to go thru the drive thru after placing my order online before arriving but really should consider changing uptheir rules if this is gonna happen. I only ever do drive thru or curbside through the app and for a pretty busy McDonald?s they get your food out at a decent time.... Waited 10 minutes today for my order and everything was perfect but my sandwich. Ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with notomatoes and somehow I got a spicy chicken sandwich with the spicy sauce. I can?t handle much heat in my food and unfortunatelyI can?t take it back to fix it so I?m stuck with paying 5$ to throw it away. Should have checked it before I left but stillfrustrating. Read more
Its amazing how they try and lie to you first saying they got a "gas leak" so they are closed for 30 minutes when they already... said that to someone else, and they are next to us telling us they said the same thing. Then you finally begin serving after noteven 2 minutes that we were in line only to tell us this time that you are not serving liquids. Something tells me your gas leakis conveniently chosen to anything ordered that you dont have in stock. Try harder to lie next time. Read more
