The staff is nice, but... service speed, and order temperature are all over the place, at breakfast, indoors and outdoors. If... you receive hot food (!), quickly (!!!), consider it a miracle. Nothing but barely warmed food here. You'll be racing to atoilet in half an hour. The indoor remodel is a disaster. Read more
I have very little complaints about the employees at this location, I will say my order is wrong nearly every time I go in here.... Small things here and there I can live with. Employees are fast to fix whatever the issue is. My main complaint is theatmosphere at this location. When you sit down you are going to be greeted with a sign about loitering, and staying no longerthen 30 mins. It's extremely uncomfortable, especially with no music in the store! Also the fact there's no soda machine here. Iknow why this location is built like this, and shame on McDonald's for being so blatant about their hatred for unhoused people.This is my least favorite location. Read more
Dont know why they are always sooooo slow at the drive thru!!! I ordered through the mobile app for pickup this morning, and I paid through the app with Apple Pay. When I got to the... drive-thru speaker, we gave my order number and proceeded through the line. When we got to the window to receive our food, theemployees and/or management told us that we had not paid for our food, and essentially made a fuss about it for nothing. Afterrepeating my order number, my name, and my order, they still told me I had not paid. So, to avoid any further issues I gave themmy CREDIT card, which is not the same card I used when I paid through the mobile app. The woman at the window took my card,disappeared, and a moment later I received my food. I do in fact have a charge with my bank for the food I ordered, but have notreceived a charge on my credit card. Soooooo, why did they take my credit card if they weren?t going to charge it? And besidesthat, can?t they see on their own receipts/system that I had already paid for my order? All in all, I am upset with the way theyhandled the situation, and the way they acted as if I had done something wrong. I will never order from this location again. Read more
Food was fast good hot. The workers acknowledged that you were alive. Were treated pleasantly and friendlier than at other McDs... I've been to. So that got them the extra star. Normally a McD's that acknowledges the customer exists and will make the effortto take the order gets 3 ???? This one is better than the average. Read more
