Ordered and paid near 20 bucks for 3 triple meat burgers and a happy meal. Get home and they loaded the bag with... mcdoubbles.. Not only is it the wrong items bc triple meats don't come with ketchup but it's not even equal value for what Ipaid. This is the third time in a month this location has done wrong by me. The customer service skills sucked and on top of that they're serving cold food. In need of new management and team members... getting orders wrong, and supposedly the app "doesn't work " because it got voided when the lady in the first window confirmedthe mobile order I had and to go to the next window. I was told to create a new mobile order and the line was even longer. Now Iknow which McDonald's not to go to again. Read more

They claim to be open 24 hours, but the late night crew always just says they're closed, or they're out of food, or their system... is down. It's abundantly clear the night crew wants to just sit there collecting a paycheck and not do anything. It's been aconsistent problem for a long time, so it seems management doesn't care either. Tattoo heavy round Hispanic woman with mask covering most her face got a MAJOR ATTITUDE at 230am! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE... WHATSOEVER. Is the restaurant her HOUSE?! She was making everyone go around the line 2 times to get their food. She was doingthis on purpose. Trying to place the order at the order speaker and she doesn?t even say a word so people can drive around afterwaiting so long. McDonald?s might not even fire that witch since she?s in a management position. From reading all her BADREVIEWS ON here she still gets to be on payroll. Tattooed witch always gone be rude. McDonald?s needs to fire her IMMEDIATELY.Waste of company revenue while there are many polite people who are trying to find work or wanting to get promoted. Read more

Why be able to place a mobile order if the internet is down at location and they can?t revive them. Then get charged for my... mobile order. I told to cancel the order and place it again with them at the counter. Knowing that cancellation going to cause3-5 Business day for refund. Told by manager that she could give me the deals still but then the cashier still charged me fullprice. Read more

Unfortunately this location is always busy and the parking lot does not help the congestion. Half of the time my orders are... incorrect and late nights are a disaster as far as long and slowest moving drive thru lines. A couple of the employees that workhere change all the negative this store has going on but that?s only a couple out of many. Many times I?ve ordered cappuccino orfrozen desserts and they couldn?t complete my order bc of the ?machines? but who really knows. So I?ll just reorder at theMcDonald?s down the street and they don?t fail me. I pick up orders From this location all the time and unfortunately I dreadthe visits ???? Read more
