The customer service skills sucked and on top of that they're serving cold food. In need of new management and team members... getting orders wrong, and supposedly the app "doesn't work " because it got voided when the lady in the first window confirmedthe mobile order I had and to go to the next window. They claim to be open 24 hours, but the late night crew always just says they're closed, or they're out of food, or their system... is down. It's abundantly clear the night crew wants to just sit there collecting a paycheck and not do anything. It's been aconsistent problem for a long time, so it seems management doesn't care either.
