From the second we got out of our car we were approached by two guys in hoodies asking for money, when we went in to order the... employees ignored us and acted like it was a hassle to take our order. While waiting for our order we went to get our drinks,once again another man in a hoodie asked us for money. When our order was ready, I walked up and the employee snatched the bag,I had the receipt. Worst place with worst workers. I ordered a sandwich with some extras and I literally got bread with lettuce!! Just checked my... order when I got home and it was not worth going back there to complain. I checked the receipt and I paid for the extras to getonly bread with lettuce! Definitely all works there hate their life and are showing this on their job. Avoid that location! Read more
Service at this place has been great for over 20 years, but in the last 2-3 weeks it has gone to hell. After using the mobile... app to order breakfast for pick up at least a dozen times with good results it has now quit working for the last couple weeks. I don't mind a couple days, but two weeks???? The last time I used it ( weekend of 8-27) I tried to go inside to pick up myfood at about 8:30 AM and place was locked. This place used to be a good fast food place especially for breakfast, but NO MORE. I suspect a management change-for the worst. REVISED REVIEW: I don't know what they did but this place is BACK UP TO ITS USUALHIGH STANDARDS. I've taken out breakfast from there twice in the last week and things are back to usual--fast, accurate,friendly service. Whatever caused the month long problem is gone. Read more
Only putting one star because there isnt a option to not put a star at all. First off the people working there today are rude... beyond measure. I ordered through the app like I do multiple times a week. Today they got the bright idea to say my card didntgo through but yet my bank account says otherwise. The manager on duty was so rude about it wouldnt even explain why i couldntget my food.I told him Im on my lunch hour here is my cell phone notification confirming ya took the money out and the order hasbeen paid for. Can you just give me my food so i can go.But he wanted to be extra rude and say they have nothing to do with theapp. That there was nothing they could do..Ok then why do ya offer mobile ordering ? You cannot be a business in this areawithout having a sense of time people are on lunch breaks and just trying to get a meal and go back to their jobs. We don'tdeserve your ugly attitudes just because you guys work where you work.If you are looking for a quick bite to eat and you are aworking person here DO NOT STOP HERE you will be hungry and mad because the stuff they do isnt very nice. I went the drive thru asked for fries and a ice cream cone. I got cold fries and a cone that I wouldn't give my dog! I asked for... some hot fries they said it would be 2 minutes...ok I'll wait. Waited two minutes they gave me old fries! I then proceeded to goin. The manager said it would be three minutes...I recorded him pushing fries to the side and when the new fries came up. Right now as you read this I just sit here at the parking lot at McDonald's I'm eating my Homestyle Burger a large with my fries... and my sweet tea my burger was horrible my meat Patty was broken in four pieces like it was frozen and then cooked my buns werecold it's like they threw the vegetables on top and didn't care the good thing my fries were pretty hot that was about the onlygood thing about the whole order and the sweet tea this is three times I come up here and they never get the order right eitherthey can't hear or they're not paying attention but this group here it makes it look bad from McDonald's Read more
Just went by they had forgotten my basket of fries and went back and asked to get my order replaced. The manager on the floor... didn't hesitate to do it. I could not be more satisfied with the service I received. Thank you all for the great teamwork.Especially the manager. I wish I could have caught his name ?????? Read more
