Love this locations curb side always friendly and prepare in case condiments are needed without them having to walk inside again
The drive thru was fast, friendly, and my order was correct, but my fries were definitely NOT fresh.
McDonald's on Sam Houston Pkwy N & Clay Rd. Meat was served raw. Manager reimbursed, just be careful at any restaurant.
I ordered a number 3 with extra onions and extra sauce. They put extra sauce on my burger for sure. But it is super hot. It's... not the normal sauce that they put on that I requested. I have acid reflux and I can't even eat this. The lady had asked me whatkind of sauce and I said the regular sauce that comes on it. Ketchup or whatever it is. And they put some really hot stuff onhere. And I don't have enough time on my break to go back. I don't get off until 2:30 in the morning and it's only 9:15 now. Read more
Ordered at drive up speaker. Double fish sandwich combo without tartar. Employee repeated order correctly. Pulled up to next... window to pay she changed something and said the guy was unexperienced. Pull forward and look at the receipt and the order wasentered incorrectly. Pulled up to the third window got my food order and it was missing the second fish filet since I ordered adouble fish sandwich. Was told was not charged had to pay an extra dollar 30 seconds later said they need another 50 cents.Attendant Kept my receipt and when I got to work, the sandwich had tartar on it which I originally requested no tartar. Ordered fish sandwich and shake. Sandwich was at the window when I drove up. Then I asked for a fresh sandwich, waited a few... minutes for another or the same old filet that had been sitting. The shake was horrible as well. It?s rare I stop at thisMcDonalds because I?ve had the same experience with an egg McMuffin. Cheese not melted. It?s not the business, but quality ofpersonnel. Every day on my way to work at 4:30 am I try to get my coffee and a sandwich. One day or two I can understand that may take 5... min. or so on drive through depending on how busy they are. But having to wait 15 to 20 minutes on line everyday is justpathetic. I pull over to the first window a lady sitting down on the cellphone I move to second window employees really takingtheir time, customers are not their priority. Can't be late to work everyday like many other customers. I don't think McDonald'semployees are working for free so work for your money if you don't like your job find a different.???????? Read more
Whoever the two employees working tonight were, I applaud both. The drive thru was completely packed, and the gentleman at the... drive thru, whoever he was working on 11/27 at 1 a.m. deserves a raise or promotion. Such patience and kindness, from someonewho was so slammed and he was so efficient as well. The girl who was cooking the food, well done.
