This message is for the owner of this establishment.I am a blue collar worker and have never written a review because I fully... understand the hardships of running an efficient crew.Within the 20 minutes of me waiting for my two kids meals I personallywitnessed 3 people from drive through come inside to investigate what the hold up was on their orders,one of them got theirmoney back.I observed what I believed to be your management team and I really had the urge to tell you how rude,scatter brainedand incompetent they were in the way of leading your staff to the standard any business owner would expect.I?m not mad because Ididn?t get fresh fries or or there was cheese on my burger.Nothing petty.Just a deep concern for a fellow man or woman ,whoeveryou are.You have to make changes! If you haven't been in a while it's quite confusing when you go in and no one takes your order initially. It's because most... people use the kiosk where you order your own food and put it on one of a gazillion different sources. It's too unfortunate thatthe staff is not aware that things have changed for some people and leave you there to figure it out and act rude when you lookconfused. On 3 separately occasions they missed my meal up or forgotten something. I still went back today and when it came to paying for... my food they said they couldn't accept my $50.00 because they didn't have change. When I asked for the manager on duty shewouldn't come to the window until I pulled up to the other window and asked for her again. Now before I could say anything tothe guy in the window he's handing me my food. I told him I pay I needed to see if I can speak to the manager and you couldhear the manager screaming she didn't pay don't give it to her. She finally came to the window and said she couldn't because sheswitched the register. I know for a fact if she could've went into the office to accommodate me. Read more
The worst service EVER during this time....7pm on Thursday, Aug 25, 2022!! Beginning with the manager or asst. manager. She's... very petite with glasses and obviously cannot control the employees lack of service to the public. She's horsing around withthem, talking and laughing really loud in the kitchen and front area. She takes my order out to me after I had already askedwhat was taking so long, tells me it's correct and walks away before I could finish my question. My order was missing items. Igive it to an employee going back in and his response was "Hmm doesn't surprise me. Welcome to McDonald's!" I turned off my carand walked inside. They hadn't even paid attention to that guy about my order. I had to interrupt their playing around to gettheir attn. I stood there watching them remake our order which took longer. That same guy gives it to me and says "Here,hopefully it's right this time." The manager barely apologized and ignored me after that. These people do not deserve to beworking there! They're making our neighborhood McDonald's be 1 of the worst! So, so sad. Read more

This is unacceptable! Not only did I have to pull forward and wait just to receive some cold stale food. On top of that, I... could've swore I ordered a big Mac burger and not a big Mac salad.. I've never had a big Mac with this much lettuce, what werethey trying to do? Get rid of old lettuce by putting it on my sandwich? I took pictures, and will email them to corporate. Read more
This specific McDonalds was well kept on the inside of the fast food restaurant. It is located on the (N) Beltway 8, close to... 290 on the NW side of town. And appeared to be well kept. The service was much better than the other ones that I have frequentedand the staff seem to be more concerned about the customer. This location would be recommended more than any of the others thatI have been to. Read more
