Omg i usually receive great customer service. But today, had to wait almost four 15-20 minutes for two small sandwiches. The... sandwiches that added to the original order; which was mixed due to two workers playing at the window. Either go in or curbside. Can't Expect Great Customer Service every where you go. ???? It took a long time to get through the drive through. The food was hot and tasted good. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich... and it wasn't spicy. Since I never ordered it before I didn't know what level of spiciness to expect. I hope they gave me theright sandwich. Read more
Go to any other McDonald?s if you want cooked food. I live literally behind the hospital about 45 second drive away from this... location and have not ever once gotten serve temp food it?s always room temperature by the time they hand me the bag. Not tomention this is supposed to be fast food and for some reason have waited over 30 minutes to even pay when there was no line tobegin with at the order window. Idk what is going on here but honestly it?s half my fault for continuing to go back expectinganything different. Read more

Efficiently ran McDonald's i have been going there for decades. Even the employees that have an attitude mostly keep it to... themselves. Meaning they give good service just not always in the verbal sense. Read more
Went tonight guy through drive thru didn't know what he was doing after every item asked is that all, then ordered 2 cokes, only... charged for 1 after I repeated at least 3 times. Very disgusting when your employees have their pants half down walking like hejust got off a horse. Plus screwed up a simple sandwich pay attention. I keep receiving the wrong pie whenever I go there. I order the holiday pie and I get a strawberry. Still haven't tried a... holiday one because I'm always gone by the time I notice the pie is different. So, there's that. Otherwise, they're fast andhave kind staff. Thanks. Read more
