I only buy the Strawberry and Banana smoothie. To my surprise McDonald's may have a dangerous smoothie on their hands. The only... sad part is their biggest cup size is to small which leaves you a little unhappy because your enjoyment is over so soon. Mybrain dances when I get a smoothie from McDonald's. I highly recommend McDonald's makes a larger cup size for their smoothies. Read more
It?s 3PM and they?ve locked the doors saying the lobby is closed with no explanation. Customers are inside already but they... randomly decided not to let anyone else in. It?s always an issue with this location. Not to mention i ordered my food in theparking lot and they didn?t walk it out to me. She held it at the door and made me come get it. Not much I can say the food is not even rateable. The manager is just chosen by whim ever volunteered first the responsible.... Communication skills and common courtesy is something that should be general knowledge for drive through personnel. I feel likethey choose the rudest person on shift and and give them a pack of juicy fruit. The manager has to know they talk like this Read more
We just went through the drive thru and order a medium iced vanilla coffee, caramel macchiato, and 2 sausage McGriddles. Both of... the coffees were disgusting. The iced coffee tasted like coffee flavored water and had NO VANILLA in it whatsoever. The caramelmacchiato tasted like it was a day old and just heated up in the microwave upon serving. We ended up taking one sip and justchucking in the trash because they were not drinkable. The person taking money at the first window did not give me my receipt soI did not feel like I could go in and complain without proof of purchase. This location for dinning in has been closed for over 3 weeks now! Million Dollar question is " When will the dinning room open... again for customers that Don't have a vehicle to go through the Drive Thru window?" Store had no working air conditioning. I really felt sorry for the crew members and have to say that even though the ac wad out... the employees attitude and service was beyond exceptional. They were dying in there and it had to be over 90 degrees in thestore 4 sure but remained profesional.Profesional.. so to them I give a 5 star rating... now they also indicated that it's beenout almost 3 months now and the owners continue to fail to fix it so to that I give a 1 star rating...I will reach out tocorporate about this matter and hope those employees get some ac soon because that's definitely not a fair working condition atall and I'm sure someone in legal might not be so happy if hit with a lawsuit or fines over the way the owners are forcing theemployees to work in those conditions..it sad and unacceptable...so fix McDonalds...you have a crew that through the sufferingremain exceptional and courteous and members of the management there were more than professional....they all deserve raises Isay!!! This isn?t the first time I?m having an issue with this McDonald?s. Every time I go it?s something new. First time they didn?t... properly cook my hot and spicy. Then today, I go back and order the same thing a basket of fries with two hot and spices. Myburgers look like they were just thrown together and just slabbed with mayo. The lines too long employees move slow in the Drive-Thru taking orders and sometimes the food be cold fries cold they don't put... any condiments in your bag you have to ask for it even when you order it at the drive-thru you get to the window no condimentsin the bag you have to blow Your Horn for someone to come to the window to ask for your ketchup up etc that's not in there.
