I only buy the Strawberry and Banana smoothie. To my surprise McDonald's may have a dangerous smoothie on their hands. The only... sad part is their biggest cup size is to small which leaves you a little unhappy because your enjoyment is over so soon. Mybrain dances when I get a smoothie from McDonald's. It?s 3PM and they?ve locked the doors saying the lobby is closed with no explanation. Customers are inside already but they... randomly decided not to let anyone else in. Not much I can say the food is not even rateable. The manager is just chosen by whim ever volunteered first the responsible.... Communication skills and common courtesy is something that should be general knowledge for drive through personnel. We just went through the drive thru and order a medium iced vanilla coffee, caramel macchiato, and 2 sausage McGriddles. Both of... the coffees were disgusting. The iced coffee tasted like coffee flavored water and had NO VANILLA in it whatsoever. The caramelmacchiato tasted like it was a day old and just heated up in the microwave upon serving. We ended up taking one sip and justchucking in the trash because they were not drinkable. The person taking money at the first window did not give me my receipt soI did not feel like I could go in and complain without proof of purchase. The lines too long employees move slow in the Drive-Thru taking orders and sometimes the food be cold fries cold they don't put... any condiments in your bag you have to ask for it even when you order it at the drive-thru you get to the window no condimentsin the bag you have to blow Your Horn for someone to come to the window to ask for your ketchup up etc that's not in there.
