Hashbrowns old and hard not fresh and sweet tea was old tasted like old water

This place is definitely terrible I?ll never come back to this McDonalds. Not! only did they get my order wrong , but the... manager on duty has no people skills , no customer service skills and she is very rude . On top of the how they got my orderwrong she got a super attitude when I asked her a question and she manhandled my food and laid the dirty platter which it hadcome in contact with everything else on top of my hash brown and squishing it ,on top of the no regard for me and my food tocome in contact with germs . I?ve stopped by earlier today for a quick meal. I decided to get the special that they have ( Big Mac & McNuggets) I get home... and find out that the burger didn?t have mayonnaise or the other patty. I was so disappointed ?? Came here over a week ago. Had ordered a mocha frappe for dine in and two hot n spicy for take out. Only thing it's like -10... inside freezing ???? cold. Otherwise only spent like 10 minutes indoor. Had my order quickly and it was fine. Read more
They have the restrooms blocked off from customers. And when asked to speak to owner they couldn't get him on the phone. Thus is... supposed to be a family friendly environment and the restroom isn't accessible. Decided to spend my money elsewhere. Read more
