This mcdonald's is fairly quick when your in the drive-thru line but avoid curbside pickup. They will prioritize the drive-thru... line to the point where they will leave you waiting for 25 - 35 minutes. So just avoid doing curbside pickup in this location Read more

My husband went through the drive thru and ordered two Big macs. When he got home and was about to eat he noticed it only was... meat, bread and cheese. No condiments what so ever. As he is diabetic he had to eat them anyway and I put some ketchup andmustard and pickles we had at home on them. For as expensive as fast food is now, if they were short on ingredients they shouldhave said so before selling the food. I tried calling but the phone just rang and rang then a fax like sound came on then washung up on. I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. Read more

They have gotten way better. They use to pre make the food and place it in the warmer, the fries were cold and hot at the same... time and the customer service lacked severely. As of now the food has been fresh morning and night and people are actually doingtheir job. Read more

Yes I did go there the other day and that mini storm ...it lasted about 10 to 15 minutes it was a small one but deadly god must... have been really mad.. ???? and I went thru drive thru I love my chicken nuggys especially .... smh Read more

I've been to this McDonald's plenty of time cuz my son likes it. Half the time they get my order wrong and I just brush it off... and go inside and get it fixed. But today they had me wait a good 10 minutes + to get my order. They had me park in the mobilepick-up spots. When they come out its not even my order. I was missing half my order so I showed my receipt and said they weresorry and went to fix it they came back and gave me supposedly the rest of my order. Before I leave I look in the bags and itstill wasn't my full order. I went through drive through because I have infants and its a hassle getting them off and on. I hadto drive to the front of the store n leave my kids in the car just to fix an order they should have fixed the first time I toldthem it was wrong. Read more

I order food at the drive thru, trying to make my morning convenient. I was asked to pull over in lane 6 until my big breakfast... was prepared in 3 minutes. I set there for over 15 minutes no one never came to bring me my food. I had to go into the buildingand ask for a refund. They still did not try to accommodate me. They have terrible customer service one 45 and little york. Read more

Customer service was good at the window. But whoever put the food in the bag didn't give my daughter, her sweet n sour sauce... for her 20 piece nuggets.... Why ask what sauce if you not going to give it... SMH... You try eating dry nuggets without sauce! Read more

Worst experience..it?s 11:03am you would think the food would be hot! NOT! First of all..they were giving me the wrong order!...
