So I go here a lot. Usually they give you food that can cause ?bubble guts? or they stall you for 30 minutes. The employees are... rude at night, and usually, I?d try to be understanding. But the current management is by far the worst one is the past 5 years.Two open lanes, basically zero foot traffic except for the the 1 car ahead, and they proceeded to skip me for 2 whole cars andignore me again once I went around to the other lane. I ordered mobile and used my reward points. All got was a lady saying no havie. I just want a refund when this happens so I can... order at a different location. Instead they cash in my points and I am rewarded with nothing. This is not a first offense! Read more
We placed a $40 order with a 20 piece nugget , 5 burgers, a fish sandwich, a basket of fries, and 2 large drinks via door dash. ... McDonald's gave the dasher 1 bag with nuggets 1 fry, fish sandwich, and a medium drink. We were missing half of the order andthe fish sandwich was wrong. We sent the driver back. Tina, the manager on call told the driver to her face that she waslying, and so were we. Really why would I send someone back to MCDonalds in the Texas heat to tell a lye or play games. Thislady was rude to the dasher, and unwilling to accommodate a paying customer. BTW I asked for lettuce and tomato and no cheeseon my fish sandwich, and the picture below shows what they sent and how they sent it. Tina needs to be fired! They got my order correct, plus the food was delicious. Also I got an ice cream cone, the fact that their Ice Cream machine was... working gave me so much happiness, I hugged my kids like we just won the lottery! I had asked "Is your Ice machine working, thelady replied "Yes", my daughter looked at me and said "Thank you Jesus", then we all hugged each other. It was a very satisfyingdrive home. Read more
This has to be the most incompetent group of people. Every time,and I do mean EVERY time, I come my order is always wrong! I went there for breakfast this past Sat. I made my order thru drive window.They gave me order. Then they said wait up ahead for... my fried apple pie. No one came out with the pie. So 15 min or more I got out of my car to go inquire about the pie. Well theydrop the ball. They forgot about the order. The cashier say she was sorry.My other food was cold. Read more
