Go to this place and wait in line forever, just to pay and then be told to go to a parking spot. This is at the drive through... just for them to bring you the wrong food or order and be slow about that. Plus the homeless always begging for food and cussingpeople who won't give them money. Im writing this to make a formal complaint about the service that I received at this establishment. I placed a drive thru order... for 2 double cheeseburger, 2 basket of fries. 4 items total. I placed my order at 6:42pm and did not leave with the full orderuntil 7:20pm. I was asked to pull into a reserve spot. Multiple cars came and left. I had to flag down a runner to ask about myorder, and 7 mins later he bought it missing fries. I proceeded to go to the front counter where I spoke to someone named JUANwho said he was the manager on duty. I informed him of my long wait and missing items. I waited almost another 10 mins in therestaurant after notifying him twice with returned negative responses. An order for a single basket came up, he called for thenumber with no claim, so I said I would take it. He declined and gave it to someone without him even checking the receiptnumber. I once again calmly expressed my frustration and asked if I could be given something complimentary for waiting. Hedeclined without even an apology for the wait. I asked if there was someone higher I could speak to as that is a ridiculous waittime of almost 40 mins for one basket of fries. He said MYRA the one above him had just left for the evening. I was extremelyfrustrated and disturbed at his demeanor and customer service for being in such a high position. I did not become loud orabrasive as is the normal attitude around that location. Because I was being so patient I believe is the reason he responded tome in such a dismissive and rude way. Read more
The food was hot and very good the customer service with the first window cashier Sucked in the mist of me saying my order she... smacked her lips and I was trying to tell her the rest of my order she cut me off and gave me a total I politely told her Iwasn?t finished then when I drove around to pay she started asking me about an order that wasn?t mine so I was trying to tellher my order and she shut the window in my face and walked off then came back to the window and stated my order I payed andwaited overall like I said my food was good but the customer service sucked Read more

My daughter and I stopped in very late due to us not eating all day. I don't know why. So I'm sure you can guess we were... hangry. She couldn't wait to order her a sweet tea. She really enjoys them a lot. Kevin was so very nice and showed us lots ofhospitality. My daughter said he was a bit funny. The line was a bit long and the food was not fresh as we requested it to bebut I guess that's McDonald's for you. Kevin was nice as we stated earlier which did help. On the bright side I'm glad theystay open late so we could get a quick bite to eat.???????????? Read more
I give this location 5 stars for their great service and fresh food. Ordered thru the app and came to pick my food up from the... Jensen location curbside. First I would like to say that ordering from the app is so easy and its fast. As I arrived at thisMcDonalds and parked in the designated curbside area I checked in and my food was out in less than 10 minutes. My food was veryhot and fresh and I love that I didnt have to wait over an hour for my food. This McDonalds is very clean from the outside andthe service is great. I recommend this location. I only buy the Strawberry and Banana smoothie. To my surprise McDonald's may have a dangerous smoothie on their hands. The only... sad part is their biggest cup size is to small which leaves you a little unhappy because your enjoyment is over so soon. Mybrain dances when I get a smoothie from McDonald's. I highly recommend McDonald's makes a larger cup size for their smoothies. Read more
