I guess 3 is the best I can give McDonalds because every time I go I'm disappointed in some capacity. Drinks have to much ice,... burgers not made correctly, cold fries, items omitted from my order, bad customer service....shall I go on?!?!? Dam get ittogether, please ???? Read more
I went and ordered the buy one double meat burger at regular price and get one for 1 dollar and the chicken nuggets and fries... basket and the cashier wanted to charge me for sauces that came with the meal and when I got home they didn't give me the extraburger. I called and they would pick up the phone and just hanged up. Then finally the manager answered and was very rude andsaid I have go back with all the food and just hung up. This place is one of the worst place to go. It was late night and thepeople they got working there are thieving conniving people especially the manager. It's not a McDonald's it's a scam trap donot go here unless you want to get scammed. Seriously. Read more

I'd give it a 5 star but at the time I went there: the service was somewhat slow(due to them recovering from a power outage... because of the storm), the fries me and my friend received tasted as if they were leftovers warmed up and our Big Macs barelyhad any Big Sauce on them. It wasn't the worst but yeah, 3 stars. I know they can do better, aim higher next time. Read more
The food is always hot, however expect to stand there for a bit until someone takes your order, also expect a wait for your... food. Customer service is ok, not alot of smiles not alot of manners, but they get the job done. Read more
I like McDonald's, and when I went this time from work during lunch, I was really hungry. I placed a $20 order for my coworker... and I that day. And what I am about to say concerning McDonald's, is true now for almost every McDonald's I have been going tolately. Among my order, I ordered 2 medium fries, and also 6 pieces of nuggets, and I had requested for the sauce, gotmustard. When my coworker and I received our order, we drove away to go get gas on the same premises. I took the opportunity tomake sure we had received everything we ordered. As I suspected, we did not. I did not receive ketchup or the hot mustardsauce. I had to go back inside and request the condiments that I did not receive. This is something that is happening at EVERYMcDonald's I go to. I am not happy with this. Since when do we a Americans buy French fries and not use ketchup The line waslong in the drive thru because it was lunchtime, so, you would think these employees would put these desired and requirescondiments so that we a customers do not have to return and ask for these things, and then get all the more late for work. Butalso, not receiver the hot mustard sauce, is too many condiments that these employees did not place in my order. Read more
Service was great. My meal was pretty good. On the other hand, the place is FILLED with flies. I had no less than twelve of the... suckers hovering around my food. Two of the minor inconveniences were that their ketchup dispenser was empty and theirtouchscreens were finicky and didn't respond well to touch. Read more
Truly the absolute WORSE McDonald?s I?ve ever been to.. and unfortunately it?s the closest one, I have young kids so you get... where I?m going. But NEVER again! Every time we go, it?s just a horribly long,, annoying and just ignorant experience. They canNEVER find my online order.. even when I present the full receipt, order number and all. The kids who work there need toseriously go back to school or at best, pick up a book or something. Food is not as fresh as other McDonalds we prefer tovisit.. probably because the Lockwood McD?s doesn?t seem to focus on customer service. It took 3-4 minutes for the cashier tostop talking to the fry cook and a supervisor of some sort just for me to tell them I have an online order.
