I decided to get me french fries ONLY french fries. I grabbed my bag and tasted a few. Then another the fries were cold. I went... back and asked could they make me some fresh hot french fries. They young latino cashier had a bit of an attitude. Look its 2022NO ONE should pay for cold undercooked food. I waited and then when he handed me my food he had an attitude. This place need to be shut down or have better management. We never had a problem and they always getting our food right. It... better but this lady who was the manager on November 19th at 5:19pm was super rude and should be fire immediately. They gave usraw nugget and was responded awfully and disrespectfully. Not only does the manager disrespect customer but also their ownemployees. The manager as I quoted asked Do we have a problem rudely when she was proven wrong. I asked for 8 box of 20 piecesnuggets and she said whatever was on the receipt which she read wrong and got angry when proven wrong as well as with thesauces. There was so much wrong and when called earlier to ask for store manager name the same manager basically denied and saidyou can come get it up here yourself and we always have the same problem. I came here as a DoorDash Driver @5:30PM and I waited at the Window while the Girl got someone else's order prepared Infront of... my face even after I told her I was a DoorDash Driver and tried to had it to me anyway. After explaining to her for the Secondtime I was a DoorDash Driver she Proceeded to get an attitude with me and would not tell me if my Order was prepared. She alsothreatened to Remove my DoorDash Order for asking a question. She could have explained to me that it was not ready and askedpolitely if I could come inside to pick up the Order. I was waiting behind another person at the drive thru and noticed that their order wasn't being taken until the person at the... window was given their meal. Once the person at the window received their meal then they took the person's order, once I pulledup to order the same was done, didn't take my order until the person in front received their meal. So if you're pushed on timein the morning don't bother to order because it took forever to complete the process and to top it off the Mcgriddle was so coldthat the cheese was stiff. Read more

I stopped by to get a large frappe caramel frappe. And a couple of chocolate chip cookies. Upon arrival as I walked in I was not... greeted but just looked at for about 5 minutes. Then I'm guessing the manager for this shift was like has he even ordered yet.Then they asked me have I ordered I said no I'm still waiting to order so when she take my order I get the frappe and the cookieand I use my discount code. When I pay the lady tell me at the register that they don't have any pennies so I couldn't get mychange back. That's one red flag because if I was short on my end I wouldn't be able to get my food or drink or whatever Iordered. I waited 10 minutes for one cookie in a large caramel frappe. When I got the caramel frappe and I took a ship out of itI noticed that it was mostly bits of ice chunks I was very disappointed with the customer service and with this frappe becausewhy is that why are there so many little pieces of ice in my frappe I couldn't even enjoy it and it got watered down real quick.So this will be my last time stopping at this location.
