Never been inside of here and today for the very first time I stepped my foot inside with my toddler son to use the restroom and... place an order. We come out of the restroom and I notice there's several people standing in the waiting area to order andnobody, literally nobody even acknowledged that they were there. Finally a loud, boisterous woman walks from over by the drivethru area and announces "No one is working the front and if you want to order you need to use your app or the kiosk." I walkedright on out because I don't have time for that foolishness. I don't live in this area but the mcdonalds by my house has thefront counter, kiosk, drive thru, app and everything else going. I have never experienced this and now I know NOT to go! Nothank you I'd rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere. Read more

I wish the employees will relax and try to be more into the restaurant, I know it?s Greenspoint but when it comes to the way... they make the food and ice creams are very excellent! The food is great and fresh, it?s just the atmosphere. Make sure the lobbystay clean, add a smile, make it more welcoming, maybe add more decorations. The people that comes in are another thing but Iwill say the employees try hard to give you the best McDonald?s food as possible. I can tell it gets stressful for theemployees. Other than that food, drinks, desserts are on point awesome. Also, forgot to add that the food is hot as well, I?venever received cold food from them. That?s another good thing. They do serve hot food here. So you won?t have to worry aboutyour food being cold. Read more
If I Could give no stars I would. Pulled up to speaker to order and never was greeted I sat there thinking they were a little... busy still no one came on the speaker I then said hello twice to the speaker no answer so I drove around to the window. I didn?tunderstand what was the problem because there was only one car in front no one inside I thought the lobby was closed but I didsee about 3 of there employees hanging outside. At this point I?m irritated because I can clearly see employee by the windowlook at me but never came to the window. I sat there for a while and I can see they talking junk but never came to the window.Finally after being there for a while I?m guessing it was the manager he finally opens the window n ask if I had a specific mealI told him no I?m picking up for Uber I was then told I had to come inside to get it. Like I didn?t understand why when therewas clearly no one there really. It really wasn?t a problem but if that shift didn?t want to work that night they clearly neednew workers. And this was about 9:20 pm Seemed as if everyone had attitudes. They need to do better at customer service. Read more
I love McDonalds but HATE their service! SO RUDE! I see a big sign that says Spicy nuggets and instead of saying I?m sorry ma?am... we ran out of spicy nuggets she said ? we don?t sell spicy nuggets!? After she mad me wait 15 minutes before attending mebecause she said she had messed up the order of the person in front of me. Read more
I don?t like the fact that they fold the box to the fries other than that their drive thru is ok ????
I barely leave reviews. Fire everyone and start over. Horrible always. I hate this place. I avoid it when I can but they never... get the order right even when I double check at the window. It never fails something is always wrong. Sometimes cash onlysometimes they need card. Lazy and rude. They always charging for sauce they never do this in the woodlands. I can spend $35 formy family easily here and I can't even get one sauce for free to go with my 5 orders of fries and burgers. Do better !!! Read more
The manager James was so dedicated to making sure that our order was done correctly. I haven't seen such customer service with... kindness and the energy he had. Some of the order was wrong and in the rush of the dinner crowd he never lost his cool underthe pressure and kept the integrity of the whole store in the green. Thanks James your awesome. Read more
