Very rude and arrogant people. The fat lady told my 6 year old son that if he doesn't take time the police would come after him... just because he requested for a plastic bag to carry his food and his sister's. I watched everything without saying a word. Theyended up ignoring him there . I had to take my kids out of there, the food was super salty too. I won't be going back to thatlocation ever again. I came to this location 3 times the first time they made my burger the wrong way. I thought it was an honest mistake but I have... came to realize this location has lazy uneducated no hospitality no customer service having workers. I have came back twiceafter the first time and they still can?t seem to make my burger how I ask. I only wanted ketchup mustard and pickles added butfor some reason they can?t add it. But then y?all wonder why McDonald?s goes viral for hood fights cause y?all wanna testpeoples kindness. I don?t care if y?all are only getting paid 8$ a hour if it?s a problem don?t work there. My kids and I waited in the Drive Through line for 1 solid hour.. when i arrived to the window to pay I smiled at the lady and... handed her a 5$ bill for my Ice Cream Cone, Sweet Tea, and Water. ... She must have thought I was soft for smiling after waitingan hour so she went out of her way to hand me my change Folded and BALLED up with the coins inside... when I told the manager at11:05pm she told me "she's training and she's pregnant and she even tried to rip my head off.. I'm trying to make sure shedoesn't tear nobody's head off..." and she gave me a free ice cream cone!!!! Unacceptable. I was kind. I expect that samerespect in return . I won't tolerate disrespect. Second worst McDonald's in Houston, Customer service in drive thru sucks every time I've ordered here. If your trying to make it... quick then you don't want to order from here. The drive thru is so slow, no matter what time of day it is. I can't comment onservice inside. I've never dined in or ordered from dining room. Read more
One of the worst McDonald locations in terms of mobile orders and curbside pickups. I waited 45 minutes for a curbside pickup.... The wait time was so long I had to go inside to discuss if they had forgotten my order. Afterwards, I was told that my order wasout of stock (frappe machine was down) and I needed to get something else. They had me get another item $3 less and it wascompletely unsatisfying. Read more
I haven't been to McDonald's for some years and im disappointed in the creators of this sandwich. I paid $7 for a chicken... sandwich with nothing but hot sauce and a pickle as a meal. The hot and spicy is more tasting and more presentable than this.The location manager on the other hand was great which is why they are getting 5 stars. He heard my complaint and advised me onthe ingredients and that is how they are fixed. He showed empathy seeing i was aggravated but not irate. He offered to fix me adeluxe and then I can choose if I prefer one sandwich over the other. As I was waiting for my sandwich I observed him assistinga new employee and assured her that he was not too far if she needed him. Read more
I order my food through Uber, I ordered here because the app said that it was only a 15-20 minute wait. My driver got there and... told me that they were careless and not giving any care about my order. It took 1 hr to make 40 nuggets and 2 large fries. Impregnant and super HUNGRY.
