1st time here in at least 10 years. I wanted a sausage biscuit. I looked at the menu and asked about the breakfast menu. The... RUDE Male operator, said they 'don't have breakfast." I asked about a coffee & he said "15 minute wait and we're closing." ... Ithought most McDonald's was open 24 hours, and some till at least midnight. But apparently this one closes at 11pm. The McDonald's crew members here work so well together. I love their customer service. The lobby is always clean and I can... charge my phone here. I was told about the app and it makes ordering just a bit easier. My food is always prepared and out to mein an efficient time and manner. They're teamwork makes all the difference. Manager that?s black with a bob is rude and unprofessional. Doesn?t bag the doordash orders correctly & after asking was this... the correct order she lied and said yes . Had to come back to store twice . Poor management . Ew. Read more
The worst food store I'vecever seen! We had two mobile orders on Christmas eve, but they refused to prepare the order! Garbage service as usual. Showed up half an hour before closing and they say they can?t serve iced coffee?. My total was $19.04. I ordered 2 big mac's plain, no cheese, 4 chicken nuggets, fries, and 2 guava cream pies. I paid the uber... app fee for delivery. I recieved 2 burgers with plenty of unwanted cheese, 2 smashed cookies, no pies, and no nuggets. I got inmy car returned the food to this location and asked a rude pregnant employee to correct my order. With no apology for myinconvenience I was asked to wait 17 minutes. Eventually I received my food. Employee offered no remorse for my inconvenienceand the cookies delivered to me were absolutely not fresh. Read more
The service is hit & miss here. You can say the same for employees. Mostly they are unfriendly and uncaring. The food is usually... decent though. If they feel like it they'll bring the food to your table but don't count on it, lol. They did very recentlyremodel this location so I'm posting updated pics. It's in line with the stand alone locations as far as appearance now. Read more
The night I visited the dining area and soda fountain counter was very clean. The food was served in a timely manner.
