This McDonald?s has consistently messed up my order and left items out that I paid for like missing nuggets or missing dessert... every time I have gone, as well as complimentary items like sauce. This review is based mainly on customer service. Let's face it, most of McDonald's food is good, but it's not anything to rave... about for the most part. It was late, I was hungry after a very long day and I just wanted some fresh, hot fries (I can raveabout their fries - they are the best!). My ordered taker, Abraham, was so pleasant when I asked if the fries were fresh. Hetold me he would have a new batch made. I was so impressed with this young man's ability to give great customer service withoutmissing a beat, I decided to order a couple more items. I was satisfied with everything, but the fries really won my heart. Itwas a simple pleasure I needed after my long disappointing day. Thank you, Abraham! You really made my night!! Read more

Not sure who the young man was taking orders at the drive through on 11/29 but he had some of the best customer service I?ve had... at a McDonalds. He was very polite and had a very uplifting voice, kind of made my day. Whoever this young man is, your attitudeis super contagious ???? Read more
