This McDonald's met my expectations, as with most locations. Most locations have low-effort, but clear road lines for... drive-thru guidance. But this locations road lines are mostly ambiguous. This caused most road traffic to consistently skip theline, making my tea and burger order take around 15-20 mins (even with the pay line, after the order menu, was completelyempty). Food here is never fresh. Count yourself lucky the day you get hot fries or nuggets that aren?t stale. I also dread getting iced... coffees from here. It?s like they mix them hours in advance so when you order it, they just grab an already made one from underthe counter. You don?t get it made fresh. Your ?iced? coffee will be warm with 70% of the ice already melted leaving your icedcoffee super watery and unenjoyable. They do this all the time. Super annoying. Read more
It seems like every time you order something from this location they are always in a hurry seven times out of 10 every time I... order food through the drive-thru they seem to get the order wrong just like I did 5 minutes ago ordering burritos and aMcGriddle and all I got was a hash brown and two biscuit sausage I don't even eat that stuff. I rarely give reviews. But this McDonald?s deserves more then 5 stars. Every single person that works in this McDonald?s is... respectful and always have a smile. I love getting my coffee in the morning. My day gets better when I see Milbia and Bryana.They remember you and Milbia always ask how I?m doing. Good job to the entire team. You guys are doing great. This will be posted on all social media DO NOT GO HERE. We waited in drive thru for 15 min then got our order double QP meal... with spicy chicken meal. Checked the bag everything looked good fries box for QP box for the chicken sandwich. Drive for 10 mingo to eat the boxes are empty. We drive back I go in and wait for 20 min at the counter. Then finally someone comes to me andask if I want to order. I showed him the receipt and said the boxes were empty. His response was that's what happens when youeat the food. I asked for the food I ordered and told him I wanted it fresh. Because it had been sitting for 20min minimum atthis point. He puts the chicken sandwich in a bag and the double QP in a box and gives it to me the tops were burnt from theheat lamp and the bottom was saggy from greese and heat.
