I really liked this location as far as food. I have a sensitive stomach and this location does not make me sick or upset my... stomach. It is always busy though and they used to be ok with food times. Lately, that has not been the case. I have been pulledto the side and experienced LONG wait times. Once even waited 30 mins before asking for a refund. So visit here only sometimesnow. If you are ok waiting then, they do have GOOD food for McD. Read more

Showed up at 10:23. Left at 10:53 to the Whataburger down the street because I was still five people behind. I could?ve gone to... the store, bought all the ingredients come home and fired up the grill and then flew to the moon before I got my food from thisplace. Read more

Absolutely garbage service. I say in the drive thru for almost a damn hour before I even ordered. Also the cashier when I paid... was very rude. Didn?t even know what I ordered I had to completely re order at the pay window. Read more

The manager ain?t managing. This place rips off customers they miscount nuggets and don?t bother going past 11 because they will... turn you down and lie and say they only take uberorders. Workers are aggressive and scream and customers when they makemistakes. I repeated my order over 4 times and paid on the app and they still took 30min and at the last window asked me againwhat my order was. This location is garbage and will half cook your food. They still have good food however their customer service has been lacking. When I came in today I was told I had to place my... order on the computer in the lobby. That computer is.always moving slow and freezing. I was told they are getting rid of thefront counter a together. They need to go back to taking care of customers when they come in and providing the personal care roeach one of us instead of it just being a self serve environment. Read more

Went for coffee at the drive through. The cashier handed my sister her coffee without a secure lid and it spilled down her arm... as he was hanging it to her. He blamed her and didn't apologize when she asked for a manager. The manager apologized but whenshe requested an incident report the manager refused telling her she had to call the number herself. Went to this location early this morning to pickup my order and when I say I was ignored by the entire crew for about 5-9 mins... (One male manager and the rest was women all Latino). Than a Latino woman walks up with her baby and they Instantly ran to theregister and took their order and still ignored me I had to ASK THEM can I be help just to PICKUP my order not place but PICKUP!If your going to have issues with different race coming inside your restaurant than you should seek work back in yourcountry(not trying to sound rude) THE RUDEST location I?ve ever been to. NEXT TIME PUT A SIMLE ON YOUR FACE YOUR A MANAGER. IFYOU CANT HANDLE YOUR position than go back to being a crew member because being a manager on you doesn?t look to good. I make a trip to McDonald's EVERY morning to purchase a Mocha frappe. I'm not sure what is going on, but they really need to do... better. Obviously I'm not getting my money's worth because the picture says it all. I haven't even taken a sip....but it lookslike it. When I pay for something, I expect to get it all, not half of what I paid for. Read more
