This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a McDonalds. I paid for my food through the mobile app and was told by the... cashier to pull forward. When I get to the window there was a manager who identified himself as Samuel who didn't seem to knowwhat he was doing. He kept yelling for someone in the background to help and when noone came he said that he didn't have theorder. I showed him my phone and gave him the code 3 different times and he still denied that I didn't pay for an order. Ofcourse I checked the app and also my account and the purchase is there. I've already requested a refund, but I will not bereturning to this McDonald's location EVER! This manager has zero customer service skills and don't not how to work theregister. Why was he there? Horrible mcds!! I hardly eat at McDonald's but the one time I wanted to get something I don't get my sauces that I paid extra... for, I get a different drink I didn't want and burger was cold as winter in Antarctica?? Went thru Tha drive thru an I ask 4 a big carry bag 4 everything an Tha man said he promised I would get one an had me 2 pull up... ahead n2 one of Tha pick up parking spots. It's jus Tha woman that brought Tha food out was takin all my bags out of Tha big bagan had someone else's food n it 2. She was kinda rude. She sucks. Worst McDonald's I have eaten at. Customer service was terrible. The food was horrible. The tomatoes tasted spoil and threw off... the whole Taste of the Burger which was thrown together. Had a dollop of mayonnaise on one edge of the sandwich. The frenchfries were soggy and I thought they were known for their famous fries . There was so much sauce on the chicken sandwich my wifereturned it for another one. The woman at the counter gave her a go to hell look and snatch the sandwich out of her hand andthrew it in the trash. Wasn't a good start to our day. Thank you McDonald's staff. Read more
I literally come here every day and it never seems to amaze me how y?all forget something. I probably done earned about 6 free... meals on how much y?all have forgot to give me something I paid for. I?m pretty sure y?all can see add cheese if I can see addcheese. Read more
Day 22 of waiting for the manager to call me back about a large fry being replaced(only thing I ordered). Fries were... undercooked, pale, and hard. Inedible. Terrible customer service, no respect for loyal customers. Disappointed. Read more
