They seem to be pretty nice there and my kids have fun in the playroom!
This was the worst experience that I've ever had at a McDonalds. I paid for my food through the mobile app and was told by the... cashier to pull forward. When I get to the window there was a manager who identified himself as Samuel who didn't seem to knowwhat he was doing. He kept yelling for someone in the background to help and when noone came he said that he didn't have theorder. I showed him my phone and gave him the code 3 different times and he still denied that I didn't pay for an order. Ofcourse I checked the app and also my account and the purchase is there. I've already requested a refund, but I will not bereturning to this McDonald's location EVER! This manager has zero customer service skills and don't not how to work theregister. Why was he there? Horrible mcds!! I hardly eat at McDonald's but the one time I wanted to get something I don't get my sauces that I paid extra... for, I get a different drink I didn't want and burger was cold as winter in Antarctica??
