I was going to be coming here to get lunch for my child about once a week. But they never give me ketchup or napkins anymore. My... child's burger wasn't modified to only ketchup like I asked. And the apples are dark and gooey. The person handing out foodtoday just speaks to me in Spanish (without me saying anything) and I don't think that's polite because she didn't get meanything I asked for correctly. Anyways I don't like sounding critical but I also don't like confrontation over just food. Butmy lunch time with my child was ruined. My fault for coming here. Read more
I was super excited to get this. There was no long line. Everything went smoothly. Get home no toy which is the whole idea... behind this. Called the store apparently they don?t have the toys yet. Which is fine. But they should tell their customersbefore paying that they don?t have the toys yet we can come back another day or purchase something else. Just an idea Read more
Waited 40 MINUTES (which was too long but I was being considerate) FOR 2 double cheese burgers after reminding staff numberous... times that my order was missing. That is truly unacceptable! I just got a refund because I had an attitude at this point and didnot want to be rude. Definitely needs to be fixed! Read more
When u place an online order before breakfast ends. They should still honor your order that is placed. It was a waste of gas,... the time it took to place order, and the rudeness you receive when you arrive and they tell u breakfast is over and it wasdeleted. REALLY???!!! The app still let me place order, so obviously It was still in the time frame. Good customer service fromthe manager (I think his name was Javier or Javiel) would be to still honor the order request, have someone prepare the mealinstead of saying there is nothing they can do because breakfast was done. This is why I stopped going to this location, nosense of receiving any kind of good customer service seems to be so hard. Update: even tho they cancelled my order they hadthe audacity to still charge me for the drink and when I asked for a refund they said I had to come into the store!! This location is worse customer service, waited 20mins at drive thru for ice coffee. i even finish my mc chicken and Had to get... out the car to remind them to complete rest of my order. what made matter worst the ice coffee was water down when I got it. Ithought being frequent McDapp user would speed things up & avoid order mistake. I guess not? McD corporate please investigatethis location, since based on all the reviews, other customers experiencing similar issues. Read more
I ordered online I had ice coffee an nuggets with fries . My ice coffee tasted bad I asked if it could be switch a man in blue... who said he was the gm didn?t want to switch my ice coffee bc he claimed I had ordered it a hour ago once I showed him that ithadn?t been even 30 mins he tells me it?s my fault that the ice coffee tastes horrible. He also claimed I drunk half of it I?llgladly upload a picture. I use to work for mcds as a manager an usually I?d like to make my customers happy an fix the issuenot argue back and forth it was a simple fix. The service was friendly and easy to understand and hear (volume level). I order a hot fudge sundae and a bottle of water. There... was just the right amount of hot fudge and the ice cream was soft and delicious. The water bottle was cold. Great experience. Read more
