Deserve NO STARS (yep!) Worst McDonald?s ever. Especially since they brought that Mexican lady in as the manager now. She don?t... speak English and majority black ppl live in my area. In fact, majority of them don?t speak English. She let the ppl that cleanoutside come right on in and help prepare food without washing their hands (seen with my own eyes). She fired all the black pplto get her ppl in. She delete ppl orders so she don?t have to make them if they get behind because they mess up everybody?sorder(happened to me). They don?t speak and just rude. They get mad when you call them out on their mistakes and try to ignoreyou on purpose( happened to me). Bring the black guy with dreads and the black lady with braids back because that McDonald?s hasgone down since they left. I go to McDonald?s everyday and everyday it?s a problem with my food. Drive thru was a nightmare!! Wad not able to place my order, cashier didn't hear me and I couldn't hear her. Drove to the 1st... window to place order, they still did not have my order correct when I pulled up to the 2nd window to pay. Had to replace theorder again and then pull up and wait. When the lady came out to bring the order I was missing one of my drinks that came withthe meal. Don't think I will go to that McDonald's again on Cullen Blvd and Reed Rd. Read more
This is the worst McDonald's in Houston. Terrible customer service. Terrible food presentation. My food put inside my bag with... the wrapper damn near off. I guess u have to wrap ur own food. I never gave a restaurant a one star cause I understand how is infast food restaurants. But please if u don't like the job just leave. Read more
I usually frequent this particular McDonald's on my way to work. The greetings are usually dry and that's IF you get a greeting.... The lines tend to be long, even though they have two lanes, it moves quite nicely. What puzzles me is the quality of the food. Iunderstand it's fast food and not gourmet. If you are busy how can you have food that looks like it's been sitting out allday??? This location needs some retraining but that goes along with the mindset of the employees as well. When it comes to thecoffee I understand they don't give you the cream and sugar but at least stir it or gives us a spoon to do so. Read more
One worker long braids red hair had a nasty attitude. Asked me 3 time my order and i told her also made sure she didnt forget... smoothie caught attitude and slammed my bag down. Mind you if was door dashing but if its were my food the person would havegiven me my money back Read more
