If I could give -100 stars I would. Usually this mcdonalds is better than most around it. But as usual, as every other mcdonalds... the worst service as usual. At this point I assume you pay your workers and management to have the worst possible attitude. Wewere met with a girl at the drive thru. Did not pay attention to the order.. kept asking is that all and rushed through thepayment process. U should have a sign posted stating u don't have loose change. Worst experience ever. Restroom were dirty and they didn't have soap in the restrooms. The floors were dirty. They didn't have... straws or lids. Never come back to this McDonald's. Read more
The service was good and food was ok but my burgers had no mayonnaise and I asked and had no packets
The location on the corner of Gessner and Harwin has really gone downhill. It appears there was a turnover and change possibly... in shift managers or managers. The drive thru is primarily what I use on each visit. The lines aren't always long but the waitand thr accuracy of my orders are ALWAYS wrong. I have to constantly repeat my order. The fries are NEVER hot and fresh and thenuggets are like day old nuggets reheated. Not to mention we have gotten an order and they were half cooked. I just literally had the worst experience at this McDonald?s. I have worked in a fast food place and know about being sanitary... and acknowledging customers even when short handed. This was at 7:40pm. We literally waited 20 minutes for the manager to takeour order and he took forever and never acknowledge us. There was a girl with long braids on her phone and eating while she wasserving the food and putting her phone everywhere. The manager noticed we saw her and told her about and she turned around andstarted to be super rude. The manager let her and she said she didn?t care. With COVID going around, they need to be moresanitary. My mom left without the food she paid for. It was the worse experience ever. Never again will I go here. I can justimagine how unsanitary it is because the manager doesn?t tell the employees to put their hair in the hairnet or to get off thephone. I wish I had a corporate number. Read more
Dont waist your time on this place, food is horrible and drive thru it's really slow, don't support this place trust me you'll... be disappointed with all the bad food and services. Manager don't listen to the complaints. I'm tired to ask him for betterservice and they don't change anything. Fries are too salty, when you ask for ranch they throw Bbq sauce? Read more
