Messed up such a simple order. They make you literally take your own order in the lobby while the worker assists you. After... working my regular job I don't feel like having to work at McDonald's too. The management wasn't helpful either I had one juststanding there while my bag with the wrong stuff sat and got cold. I wouldn't have been so mad but I ordered a classic chickensandwich meal and ended up with a spicy chicken. I didn't realize it until I bit into it which I'm not fond of spicy food likethat. And the manager just standing there when all I needed was my fries. I would not recommend going in or the drive thru.There is no point in complaining because they will not care or fix it. I drove two extra miles to this location, because the service on Cullen Blvd between two of them is awful. I ordered hotcakes... and sausage, two extra sausagr, five sausage biscuits and a large coffee; I asked for jelly at the window and when I got home, Ihad no butter nor syrup. Come on McDonalds, it's hotcakes. This is a consistent pattern among McDonalds, we pay for conveniencebut we are served an abundance of inconvenience. Read more
This is my second time coming to this location and they tell me their system is down between 2am and 3:15 am. to prepare for... breakfast. I asked if this is the only location that does this and she replied with an attitude saying " I don't know aboutother location!" Is this something that every mc Donald's do now? Read more
The guy who wears a glasses is really patient with customers. Food is fresh make, fries is crispy and delicious. Place is nice... and clean. Read more
Staff is not friendly at all. Food is ok ask for 2 large combos and they gave me one medium fries and a large instead of the 2... large fries. Then asked for ketchup and mayonnaise and the lady at the window throws the packages I the bag to find out shedidn't put any mayonnaise and gave us some open ketchup all stuck as you can see in the picture. I ordered fries on the ap, arrived and the employee said their system was down & I wasn't able to delete my order the 2nd time.... Called McDonald's customer service & they told me to contact my bank & dispute the charge instead of refunding my money. I willnot be returning to this McDonald's anytime soon Read more
My niece wanted some McDonald's because she was hungry after a long day at school, so she wanted some McDonald's. She wanted... that $6 bundle that consists of 2 Hot and Spicy chicken sandwiches with a basket of fries. She ate it up, too. Thanks forpreparing the food promptly. Doug Read more
