I went on the mobile app and ordered the cactus meal because they said they had it. i went in and was rudely met with being... asked if we did a mobile order and we said yes. we told them what it was and they gave us the food and said they didnt have thecactus meal. but we wanted the cactus meal. we said we wanted a refund and they were rude to us about that as well and said weneeded to do it on the app with no further instructions and told us to give back the food when we didnt even get the chance torefund them yet. no one greeted us when we came in, everyone had attitudes and i left with no food. terrible place and terribleenvironment. i want my money back. Great location for a McDonalds as it?s always busy, but also the wait time is an issue. I waited on an order for over 20 minutes... to only get half of my order. Since it was a drive thru order, I had to get out of my car wait an additional 10 minutes for therest of order to be completed. Everything was going fine until I got to the halfway Mark of my chicken sandwich. What is this mushy uncooked confusion that is... going on here? I used my coupon too at that. What should?ve been an awesome meal between traveling to my second job, almost gaveme an anxiety attack :/. What?s sadder is, earlier that day, the Mcdonalds on MAin st and Gray st burnt one of my coworkerschicken deluxe sandwiches. There was lint and dirt on my large fries and hot and spicy meal. It literally was dropped and given to me and I didn?t see it... until I parked at home. So disgusting and disrespectful. Got my money back but no apology and the managers were arguing aboutdumb stuff in the back not even wanting to give me my money back to begin with. Ew. Read more
3pm on a Wednesday. Aggressive panhandlers in the drive thru. Guy who took my order was so over it. Girl who took my money... was friendly and repeated my order to make sure it was correct. Girl who handed me my food was over it and bothered. Looked onthe bag, fries were hot and the boxes were labeled correctly. Got home and there was a cheeseburger in my filet-o-fish box. Iknow it's McDonald's and time has taught us not to set our expectations high, but the disappointment at this moment is abysmal. Lesson learned. I'll just fast and save my money next time. Read more

Placed my mobile order for drive thru pickup Oct 13 at 7:22 AM. Order 43 . At the first drive thru windows the manager was... screaming, berating and humiliating the poor women with the headset, i thought she was about to hit her too. Felt so bad aboutit had to post this review even tho it's usually a pretty okay locations besides the homeless panhandling the drive thru lineand store entrance.
