My debit card information was stolen by an employee here so beware. I came back 3 days in a row to report it to the general... manager and left my information regarding filing a police report but was never contacted. I hope the employee has been fired sothey can't do this to anyone else and I know her name and address. I will not be returning to this location after being brushedoff by management for a CRIME committed by one of their employees. Read more
Been coming here since I moved to the area and basically the staff is rude and always seems in a hurry and just messing with... people and don't want to answer questions. They'll take mobile orders but then have the dine-in closed and try to make you gothrough the drive through. I'm not standing in the drive through with cars. The managers are definitely an issue and justdismiss you. I walk all the way up here so constant things being wrong definitely would make me walk somewhere else. Ordered a Large iced coffee, gave me a medium when i pointed it out they then insisted it was a large, it literally says medium... for iced coffee ON THE CUP. They have done this twice in a row now, asked if things had changed and said it's always been thatway but it wasn't that way a few months ago, nor at any other mcdonalds. Ordered a small caramel machiato iced and they gave me a cup with milk and caramel. No coffee! Also no ketchup with our meals... ordered very disappointed. Don't recommend coming here and I will not be coming back! Read more
Went through the drive through to order the 20 piece nugget and basket fries..when ordering i was greeted with a loud ?HELLO?... instead of the usual greeting..things went south when i requested my nuggets ?fresh and hot instead of cold?, the man responded?we don?t give out cold food? when in actuality they do unless you request otherwise. When I asked his name he shouted ?im nottelling you shit? ..he said i was shouting thats why he was rude..this McDonald?s is a joke and management is terrible that?swhy the workers are rude and they never keep the same staff for more than a month.
