They get orders right a third of the time. Seriously, cheeseburgers with pickles on them and you put everything on the burgers?... Not a one time thing either, they mess up burgers quite often. Theres another mcdonalds not too far off, next to a starbucksthats pretty damn good. Its a bit further away but avoiding the headache of attempting to fix an order (or forgetting to checkand being dissatisfied when you get home) is well worth the time spent driving. Read more
Bro the night manager is so incompetent????????????????? They literally asked me to give the code for a pickup order, I did,... and the guy then said he needed to look at my phone to see what the order was exactly and began frantically searching around.And then another employee walked up and said "The order is RIGHT here" and it was on a counter near the front, just waiting forme... Every time when we get to the place they always treat us differently and they charge for ketchup, ranch , or any type of sauce... which it needs to be free , I really don?t like the way that the employees are and the manager as well , they always try to makeyou leave , and also don?t even give you a cup of water Read more
I've seen some pretty terrible things, and rarely go out of my way to post something negative, but the overnight crew are the... most miserable rude people I've ever encountered. I feel bad for them. Read more
This is an older location with minimal parking lot size for the amount of traffic during lunchtime. The curbside option is nice... except for the tight parking conditions. I like ordering in the app because it usually results in more accurate orderpreparation. Read more
Went through the drive through and they didn't provide me with my full order. This is 3rd time out of the last 5 times I have... had something wrong with my order. Called to explain the situation and the only option they provided was to have me drive 20minutes round trip with a 5 year old and 9 month old to offer me a 1.50 refund. Provided the option of having them deliverthrough a service or refunding my full offer and they indicated neither was an option. Worked with a woman named Suzie on thephone, and found her to be unhelpful. Read more
I don?t come here much anymore. Got the spicy chicken sandwich this time. Chicken was ok for the most part, just kinda... depressing looking at it all messy and cheese haphazardly thrown on top. The fries were ultra salty. Just not a lot of qualityor care went in to it. It is McDonalds after all so so won?t start a Facebook hate page about it. Just miss the years when eventhe younger generation cared more about their job performance and product quality more than they do now. Read more
I stopped by to pick up a large coffee & waited about 30 minutes. I used the curb side option & I had to stop an employee, who... was bringing out an order to the car beside me. Then when she finally brought out my coffee, she was unsure if it was my orderor not! Very frustrating. Read more
