Not so nice customer service at the checkout the lady has an attitude but the food is good
Went By 9/29 And 9/30 Morning For A Coffee But Both Times Was Closed. Pulled Up To The Window 9/29 Just To Make Sure That It... Wasn't A Bad Speaker And Seen An Employee Trying To Seperate 2 Cups, He Could Not Do It,So He Bit Onto The Top Cup With He'sMouth And Pulled With He's Hands And Still Nothing So He Slammed The Cups On The Floor! If I could give 0 stars I would. Ordered through drive-thru and when I get to window after about 20 minutes after paying they... try to hand me wrong order. They asked what I had and manager comes and asks for receipt as if I didn't know what I ordered. Shetakes receipt hands me order without receipt back (had to ask for it) and I get home to find out my order is still wrong. I nowhave to drive back, get to the restaurant and go inside where they take their sweet time to come take care of me as manager isstanding there complaining about other employees when customers should be a priority. Manager assuming I don't speak spanishtells one of her employees that I had already been in the drive-thru and everything was right so come check out what I had tosay. I tell them of course you took my receipt and STILL got my order wrong...Manager is very unprofessional and experiencethere was HORRIBLE, will not be going back to this location. Read more
This location is ok but if you don't have cash you might not get served because they will direct you to the self order machine... quickly. The soda machine doesn't work sometimes but other then that everything is good here. Read more
I ordered 2 Mcgriddle meals at first with Sprite soda when the screen showed an additional 49 cents. Then I said ,"give me... coffee instead" then it showed 79 cents extra. So I pulled to the window only for the manager to say it's the machine. I saidmachine or not the meal come with a drink and I am not paying extra for what it already comes with. Another lady came to thewindow- The mngr started speaking to her in spanish then started pulled out her phone and started recording me instead ofcorrecting the problem. The girl says you ordered a medium coffee- wrong I didn't. I again said I want to pay for the meal andnothing extra. The 2nd lady then says if u cant afford it go somewhere else - the manager began to laugh. I told her I could payher days pay and some - I came to order at McDonalds NOT REYNA'S. THEY all refused to give their names but advised me the policewas on the way. Worst service ever- this place gone to hell since the new owner took over. Do NOT go to this McDonald's, I just got a order after waiting in the drive thru for 15, just to get up to place my order and... when I did I ordered 2 filet o fish meals and the order came to 13.82, I gave her a 20 dollar bill she gave me 5 dollars andsaid to pull up to the second window to get the rest of my change Well the woman at the second window gave me my order whichthe drinks were wrong and I asked for the remainder of my charge the lady that that gave me my order had a attitude, and saidjust a minute, which turned into 6 minutes of me waiting to get the rest of my change!! I get home only to find that the filetof fish sandwiches were old and hard!! We ended up just eaitng the french fries. The employee was extremely rude and wouldn?t stay long enough for me to explain that I had two drinks that needed to be replaced... and not just one but instead he just jetted away from us twice. When I called to make a complaint they wouldn?t answer theirphone. Don?t come here. Ever. Read more
