I decided to write today as I come here a lot. They destroyed what?s called ?fast food?.. Management, you need to look into... this. Your location is good, but your employees are lazy. There?s always a long line in the evening waiting to take orders bcyour employees play around, talking and having fun. Some of them even take their kids in to work. Horrible ?greetings?. Inotice lot of drive through customers took off because they didn?t want to wait. I come here bc it?s close to my house and thefood is better than other locations for some reason. Typical drive through is 3 minutes. This locations take 10 to 20 onaverage. Restaurant may bring out foods faster than your drive through. PS: today (10/22/22), I?ve been waiting and writingthis post and my car only moves up one spot after 10 minutes. Guess it?s gonna be 30 minutes total? or longer. Read more
Rude employees, rude manager hung up on me on a complaint I had. They made me go back into a 20 min line for an ice cream cone... because the cashier messed up . Missing items raw food . I?ve never complained until now and that?s the type of service wereceive . Read more
I asked for buffalo sauce and the lady handing me my food said it was 75 cents per packet???? and when I tried to pay she... refused my debit card and said she only takes cash while being so rude and waving her hands to move along. Read more

I asked for an ice cream and they told me the machine was broken when it clearly wasn?t but I didn?t have time to argue so I let... it pass. Then the next customer ordered an ice cream and they actually gave him an ice cream. I was confused and disappointed bythis deception. Maybe next time they won?t screw me over Read more
This location has very bad customer service. When we placed our order they barely listen to us so they got our order wrong. When... we told them about the mistake they made they started speaking in Spanish talking bad about us not knowing that we understandSpanish. They were saying we?re trying to get free stuff and suggesting that we get our own drinks even though they hadn?tprovided any cups yet. When we try to use the restroom and realize there was no toilet paper we asked them to put more in thereso we could use it. And when we did that they talked in Spanish again saying we were lying and that they weren?t going to giveus any. The one who did this was the Latina manager and some of the other Latino employees.
