I don?t understand how Adrian who has been I believe, correct me if I?m wrong, the general manager of this store, can let this... place have such rude managers. I?ve been coming here a lot ever since I moved here and there?s this one Hispanic manager whogave me her name (julieda) before, who has been working here for years with no change of attitude, she?s always in a rush andrude to not only us as customers but to her employees as well. Either they need to get her out of this store or have a good talkwith her on how to be a much better manager. I understand they might need managers to run this store but get better ones if youwant to satisfy the customers and get rid of the ones who don?t know how to be managers and are rude. Read more
I hate nagging but this is the third experience I?ve had with some employee that works the window in the afternoon shift. I have... a set order that I enjoy so for some reason when he takes my order, he rushes me to complete order then when he can?t hear me?mutes the mic and comes back moments later aggressive. I complete my order and move up to the second window where he hands me mydrink and food then shuts the window quick, I drive off but I noticed the bag is light when I?m home. This dude forgot the friesfor both my meals, I asked for extra onions on one of my orders and ends up giving me nothing. Always with the same guy???? Read more
Walked in with my family not even a hello. Everyone was doing something which yes I get it, their working. But as we stood there... 5 mins waiting to order at the register not one person asked and said anything. They all seen us just there standing lookingaround, like you can tell we're waiting to place an order. Not one person bothered to say anything. And finally I guess theperson "in charge" not even going to say manager because she was not professional asked if we want to order? I said yes and shesaid "to order you have to use the machine and then use that ticket to pay at the register. Like what!!! After all this wait Nowshe wants to tell me about this. They even said a comment to each other because you can tell they were talking about us. Come onman, you should of at least said something the moment you saw us standing right in front of the register. Smh. Don't wastepeople time. Place is recently open and today I went to see how was everything and I didn't like to much our fries were all salty crispy and... looks old like the last one on the basket, hamburger was ok but there were not much people and I feel like they rush making itthat all ingredients were in the middle and I couldn't enjoy it as I'm used to it. Other than that costumer service was good andthe drive thru was faster. I hope they get better on food. Read more
I just can't believe this happened, we placed a large order with 60pcs chicken nuggets and three different burgers and bunch of... other sides, when we pick up the food, they only gave us 20pcs nuggets and mess up all the burgers. ordered hot n spicy w/outmayo but so much mayo in it, triple cheese burger came out double chesses burger only French fries with super super light saltas in almost none flavored, etc. We have to drive an hour thought out the rain to go over and pick up all other nuggets anddidn't even get our burgers fixed. We got 2 hours wait and get toooooooo hungry from a McDonalds??? DANG!!!! Read more

Just stopped by for a little breakfast. The hotcakes were freshly made and so was the hash brown, however they gave me half an ... egg. I opted out of the sausage so obviously expecting at least a full serving of egg if not more. Other than this my overallexperience was not bad. Read more
The employees that work at this location in the morning and in the evening are so rude and NEVER get your order right. Their... machines whether it be for ice cream or large fry and drink?only got large fries I told them that my meal was a large and theysaid oh no the drink is a medium? I left and then realized they did not give me the chocolate shake I ordered for my 5 year oldso I went back and I was again greeted with attitude and the shake was very watery and I asked if another one could be madesince it had been sitting out for a while and the rude employee said that?s how they are and I said could you just please makeanother and again he gave attitude and made another put chocolate in about half the cup and then gave it to me and slammed thewindow shut. As you can see in the photo that?s how the food was prepared and given?I bet they wouldn?t serve their mothers likethat.
