Wife ordered a coffee through the app. I showed the 4 digit/numeral code to the employee. She said we don?t have that order. She... ignored me and took 4 other orders. I asked can I get the coffee now? She talked to another employee. He said we don?t see theorder. I showed him the payment confirmation and he still wouldn?t give me the coffee. All this to try and get a coffee? Customer service is lacking as well as their ability to see online orders. Not going back. Read more
Great service and fast! Friendly. The only thing is the soda always tastes like pond water. My Dr. Pepper almost made me puke... like it was made from water from a sitting pond. I don't know if its the machine or water on tap but I've never had a good sodafrom this location. There are locations around town where you will never get a good soda and this is one of them. My fam and I went here for dinner and had a horrible experience at drive thru. The line was not moving, I saw the frustration... in every person that made it to the ?order here? spot because they had to wait a long time for someone to take their order. Samething happened to us. When a guy finally took our order, he was in a rush, and i guess was pressing total button on his screenbecause was not letting us see the menu. Had to asked for it several times. When we came to the window, there was thisnon-friendly-at-all lady in a grey shirt wishing not being there for sure.. They had 3 cars parked in front of us waiting forservice, and te manager (wearing a green shirt) was arguing with her employees because there was no fries made for a very longline of customers!! I felt bad for her, she was very frustrated and yelling in Spanish. We were waiting for a long time, over 5mins, at the window for our order. When finally the employee in grey shirt gives us a bag, with random stuff and I proceeded tocheck and there were incorrect items, I told her ?we didn?t order chicken nuggets and the other thing? and she said ?what didyou order then? like she wasn?t supposed to have it on her screen. She then throws a brown bag at us without saying a thing andI was like ?what is this?? She said ?put the things you don?t want in there????? and i did wishing for mind-reading superpowers?She then gives us a second bag and I told her ?you guys need more organization? and we left. After all that drama and the worstcustomer service experience? we get home only to open our orders and see everything done wrong. And our large fries be halfempty!!! Read more
Only went for coffee the door was locked manager on duty said the lobby isn't open. I have quit going to McDonalds that don't... allow me in to order because unfortunately drive thrus are not designed for school bus pick up. Keep your lobbies open please Read more
