I am always disappointed with the service at this location. The last time I ate here 3 mos ago, they forgot the dessert, this... time I got a hot sandwich cold and the sandwich was missing ingredients. Great sandwiches! I love this place except... while I was waiting for my food and trying not to be on my phone for once and... oblivious to everything around me. I was looking up at the menu board and they advertised tea for 30 days for $6.99. It's calleda tea pass and I was like yes! I want that! But.... you can't have it UNLESS you get their app! Not fair! Honestly, just shut this place down. The staff is rude and uneducated about the menu. I?ve gone twice for soup and both times... received a fork as a utensil and no crackers. I was sitting in the drive through waiting on my food today and the lady literallyscreamed at me bc I didn?t hear her the first time, and when I grabbed the bag she looked me directly in my eyes and made it apoint to roll her eyes.
