First time ordering from THIS location of Marcos Pizza & ordered Pepperoni got only Cheese Pizzas that were the WORST PIZZAS we... have ever eaten! They had hardly ANY SAUCE and were literally almost burnt!! Spoke with Mgr, Kaheem, he did not even apologizefor how HORRIBLE their pizzas were! Will NEVER order from here again (on Cutten Rd.)! I am so glad they finally opened one of these up closer to where I live. Before there was none they can deliver to our apartment... so I had to drive down to 1960 and Ella to pick up. Marcos Hawaiian is hands-down the best pizza in town however I orderedpepperoni this last time and I swear to you it looked tasted and smelled like they had just gone through the drive-through atlittle Caesars and brought us some of those pieces for nearly triple the cost, that?s unacceptable. I mean it just tasted weird.The crust was thin it was extremely oily and the pepperonis taste it off we wound up not eating it because the smell of thepepperonis just made everyone a little uncomfortable and nobody wanted to risk for poisoning. The drivers and the people whotake your order are awesome. Way better than any other delivery service in town. Well I can?t say that, better than any otherdelivery service in my area. Which is why we were willing to just chalk it up to a one off experience and not complain about thepizza that time. I definitely recommend them and I will be ordering again, I will just never be ordering the pepperoni again. Read more
I love Marcos pizza ever since I heard a new location was closer to me I grabbed my phone and order some pizza. I ordered a... large pepperoni with ground beef as pick up. As soon as I entered the building, Stephanie greeted me and assisted and deliveredmy pizza. Great customer service. Read more

I order from other marcos locations all the time and have never had any problems, but this time at this new location om Cutten I... was yelled at by the manager Drew for their mistake. They never put my pizza in when it was ordered.i arrived 30 minutes afterplacing the order and it showed the order would be ready in 12 to 20 minutes so I questioned this and he got mad and yelled atme instead of apologizing and offering a solution. He is a horrible manager and needs to be retrained. Other workers wererespectful and apologized for the inconvenience Kaheem and the others gave good service. That is why I am not giving theservice a complete 1 or zero because Drew the manager deserves that for being ugly when I did not yell at him and was justwanting answers because i did not understand how my order was not ever put in the oven all i ordered was 1 pepperoni pizza itwas not even a big order.
