Went to this location at 835 pm on a Friday and employees had thr door locked and cleaning up. Witnessed multiple customers walk... up to the door and leave. Pleasant inside and clean. Service was great and cookies were fresh. I'm going back again today????

I only get cookies(well use to). After purchasing a batch of old cookies and wasting my money that time around. When I went back... I made sure to ask for fresh cookies. I was told that they have to sell the old cookies which are on the top before they sellthe fresh cookies which they place on the bottom. I politely walked out and haven't been back. When they first opened thecookies were fresh. I guess since they were new they were selling a lot faster. Now that customers are dealing with bad customerservice, improper storing of the cookies, bugs in ice cream and stale cookies there's less customers and more left overs. I personally don?t have an issue with the customer service at this location however I only buy cookies when I go here and I?ve... noticed when I?m giving my order the employees wait till I finish before filling my order, which would be fine if they had agood memory but I usually have to repeat it or they get the order wrong. Recently I went in to order 3 cookies I thought surelyno one could get that wrong, well I didn?t pay attention even though the amount seemed lower, got halfway home and saw I had 2cookies instead of 3 ( guess I didn?t need it). The customer service is horrible!! I would hope that the Owners take note of this behavior and experience and look into the... issues to correct the problem!! I went in and there were three employees in a group together talking and laughing at customersversus asking if I needed help. I have been informed multiple times per employee that I have to buy the old cookies from the day before vs fresh cookies that... were made that day! My question is how do I know they were made the day before and why would you sell cookies that were prepareddays earlier? I think this is so unfair and I am coming in weekly multiple times spending my money. I love the addition to thearea but I think Management/Owner should revisit this decision. Read more
