Seems nice enough. They?re slow with the orders. Also the girl with all the earrings completely ignored and skipped me to help... the group behind me. Weird vibes. It seemed like they wanted to avoid helping me until the only other p.o.c. was available tohelp me. She was at least helpful. Read more
Very rude service. Tried to use a mother's day buy one get one free coupon on the app and they were very rude and gaslit me... about wanting to use the coupon. Manager said "is that all you're going to get?" Also got an attitude when my mom told her wespeak English. My husband and I mostly just speak English and we were the ones trying to use the coupon and pay. My mom wasspeaking Spanish to my uncle so she thought we were lying I guess. We ended up getting 3 ice creams. When scanning the app itonly took 99 cents off so we said that isn't right. Gaslit again by the cashier saying that's all they can do. When the managercame over the cashier told her "they are trying to get one free" Like we are trying to scam them or something. Finally fixed theprice but didn't apologize for the trouble and attitude and just walked away. Read more

Came to Marble Slab to purchase my son an ice cream cake for his 11th birthday. Purchased a Mango ice cream cake and it was... yummy! I was a little disappointed that there wasn't much cake present. I would say 98% ice cream and 2% cake. This is minorcompared to the overall taste of the ice cream cake. Would purchase again. Read more
If I could give this location negative stars then I would. I?ve been here on 3 different occasions to get a malt. Every time,... it?s an extreme hassle walking the workers through the process because they continually try to argue when I?m explaining how Iwould like it made. It?s NOT rocket science, it?s fairly easy and they INSIST on over complicating things by not listening andcontinuing to do it their way (which I?ve explained isn?t how I want it made). To make matters even worse, it?s done with anattitude simply because the workers can?t follow simple directions on something I?m paying for. Not only are you highlyincompetent on a fairly easy matter, you?re frustrated because you aren?t smart enough to follow simple directions. Customerservice is as mid as the shakes here.
